Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the strategy of Islamic educational institutions in facing the industrial revolution 4.0. From the results of several studies indicate that Islamic educational institutions are a place for the implementation of education with a variety of facilities, regulations, and responsible for education imbued with the spirit of teachings and good values ​​with the intention to embody the teachings of goodness. Positive impacts, namely Increased Efficiency and Productivity, Lower Costs, Better Risk Management, Faster Identification and Problem Solving. Negative impacts are susceptible to cyber attacks, inexpensive human resources investment, technological impact on the environment Impact on human resources The strategy of the first Islamic educational institution was to change the educational system in the institution. At least from two education groups (integrative and fully digital), there will be two fundamental changes in reconstructing education. The second strategy is to prepare the profession in the era of RI 4.0 in schools / madrasas. We know that the link and match of Indonesia's education with the industry has been very weak long ago. When disruptive work in this era changes, then there is a new opportunity for the world of education to immediately adapt the work of this era. The third strategy is to reconstruct the curriculum with the three main literacy approach in RI 4.0. Calistung, which was the hallmark of the previous era, must be reconstructed as soon as possible so that education is not left behind. Abstract

This knowledge has a purpose to know the problems of the headmaster to make the innovation and creation to increase the education quality. The method of knowledge that used is qualitative, the presentation method is descriptive Analysis, also designed with the literature phenomenology that allow some literature related to the study of headmaster problems to make the innovation and creation to increase the education quality such as low support from the parents and society about the finance like the parents feel exception when the school fee increase, the minimally finance a facility, the inappropriate teacher with the qualification also minimally teachers commitment. So, it can be the problem of the headmaster to make innovation and creation to increase education quality. The solution of those problems such as keep on giving the understanding to the parents and society that what headmaster and teachers do have a purpose to their students. They use school finance efficiently. For better facilities, the headmaster tried to get the assist from the government to complete the school facilities. And for the inappropriate teacher with the qualification, the institute must allow the teachers to participate in the training or study at university. And for lower commitment, the headmaster can give the motivation so that the teacher will have the motivation to be better.

Abstract

Pesantren sejatinya adalah tempat penyiaran Agama dan pendidikan tertua di Indonesia walaupun sekarang kepercayaan masarakat sudah mulai berkurang .dan untuk mempertahan kiprah pesantren di zaman modern ini pesantren harus melakukan perubahan dalam menghadapi kemajuan zaman.Untuk mewujudkan hal di atas memang tidak mudah. Akan tetapi dimana ada kemauan pasti adajalan. Salah satu usaha pondok pesantren dalam menghadapi era globalisai dan kemajuan teknologi ialah dengan menggunakan sistem terpadu yaitu dengan memadukan pendidikan Agama, pendidikan Umum, meberikan keterampilan-keterampilan dan pelatihan agar lulusannya siap pakai dan mandiri juga mempunyai bekal untuk menghadapi kehidupan dunia dan ahirat.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen yang efektif dalam mewujudkan sekolah unggulan. Dari beberapa hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan yang efektif merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam terbentuknya sebuah sekolah unggulan. Strategi dan Manajemen pendidikan yang efektif secara langsung akan mempengaruhi dan menentukan efektif atau tidaknya kurikulum pendidikan, sarana prasarana pendidikan, sumber daya manusia, pengelolaan pembiayaan dan manajemen humas. Dengan demikian, upaya menjadikan sekolah unggulan akan dapat terealisasi sesuai yang di harapkan dan dicita-citakan.
