<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh asertif dan kompetensi guru terhadap manajemen kelas SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang Jawa Tengah dimoderasi supervisi kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi kepala SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang Jawa Tengah sebanyak 85 orang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sama dengan jumlah populasi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi dengan moderasi quasi interaksi. Hasil penelitian diperolah bahwa asertif tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen kelas, kompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap manajemen kelas dan supervisi kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap manajemen kelas. Sementara supervisi kepala sekolah tidak memoderasi pengaruh asertif dan kompetensi guru terhadap manajemen kelas Kata Kunci: Asertif, Kompetensi Guru, Supervisi Kepala Sekolah, Managemen Kelas. AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of assertiveness and teacher competence on class management at SMK Negeri in Batang Regency, Central Java, moderated by the supervision of the principal. This study uses a population of 85 people who are principals of SMK Negeri in Batang Regency, Central Java. The number of samples in this study is the same as the total population. Collecting data in this study through the distribution of questionnaires. The method used in this research is regression with quasi interaction moderation. The results showed that assertiveness had no effect on class management, teacher competence had an effect on class management and the principal's supervision had an effect on class management. Meanwhile, the principal's supervision did not moderate the influence of teacher assertiveness and competence on classroom management.
