Abstract

Demand for aviation services continues to increase each year, it can be seen from the increasing competition among airlines to increase ticket sales on-line. Marketing is one component in the science of Customer Relationship Management. Variety of extra services to entrepreneurs airlines can be seen from a variety of bonus or reward or ease of access in the process of buying and selling tickets so more encouraging entrepreneurs to spur travel or airline ticket sales increase. Under conditions of intense competition, the main thing that should be prioritized by the airline company is the satisfaction of customers or passengers to survive, compete and mengusai market share. which is why the need to do research level user satisfaction tickets on-line services targeting entrepreneurs in accessing the website travel airline with the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan sehubungan dengan akan dibentuknya forum LLAJ pada pemerintah Kota Kupang sebagai wadah lintas sektoral dalam penanganan masalah keselamatan transportasi darat, dengan metode sistim informasi dengan bantuan aplikasi bussiness intelegence diharapkan mampu menjadi sumber data yang akurat untuk dipakai sebagai bahan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan tepat dalam menangani suatu kejadian kecelakaan. Dengan Bussiness Intelegence juga masyarakat dapat mengakses setiap informasi kecelakaan yang ada termasuk penyebab kecelakaan serta kerugian yang ditimbulkan oleh suatu kejadian kecelakaan. Dengan penelitian ini diketahui dibutuhkan 3 (tiga) server dengan 1 (satu) server induk untuk menjalankan sistim informasi dengan aplikasi bussiness intelegence. Selain itu dengan bussiness intelegence maka keakuratan data kecelakaan akan diperoleh dengan mudah dan tidak terjadi tumpang tindih data kecelakaan.

Abstract

In recent years, technological developments have opened up new opportunities to improve the effectiveness of emergency police services. One technology that has taken center stage is the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT allows physical objects around us to connect and communicate with each other, opening up opportunities to create smart solutions in various fields, including emergency services. In this context, the Haversine method becomes relevant due to its ability to calculate the distance between two geographic coordinate points by considering the curvature of the earth's surface. The problem often encountered is the slow response and inaccuracy in determining the location of emergency events, especially in complex or remote areas often increasing the risk of public safety. The goal is to measure the effectiveness of the application in improving the speed and accuracy of response to emergency situations. This study uses a quantitative research design to develop and evaluate an IoT-based police emergency service application using the Haversine method. Based on the survey, the most widely used social media by internet users in Indonesia aged 16-64 years is WhatsApp (90.9%), followed by Instagram (85.3%), Facebook (81.6%), TikTok (73.5%). The results of manual calculations show the same results as the results of the closest distance search conducted by the application, namely that the location of the nearest police post/police to Citra Bangsa University is Kupang City Police Station.

Abstract

The development of technology in the new era of digital marketing has transformed the way of life for modern society, where business owners now utilize digital platforms to broaden their knowledge, strengthen brand image, and enhance interaction with the products they produce. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need to have an understanding and expertise in digital technology, as well as use social media as a marketing tool to expand their market reach. Additionally, a deep understanding of the target audience and the types of media used becomes crucial for digital marketers in determining product marketing strategies.In the current digital era, particularly in rural areas, especially on Timor Island, known for its cultural diversity and natural resources, MSMEs in home industries play an important role in the local economy. Despite having great potential, many MSMEs on Timor Island still face challenges in effectively marketing their products due to a lack of understanding and skills in digital technology, hindering them from utilizing social media as an essential marketing tool. This research aims to explore the contribution of social media in marketing home industry products by MSMEs on Timor Island, focusing on barriers, consumer engagement levels, and strategies that can be employed. The research method used is a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, to obtain a comprehensive picture involving 100 respondents and interviews with 50 MSME entrepreneurs. The results of the study show that social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram play an important role in increasing product visibility, consumer interaction, and sales, but many MSME entrepreneurs have not fully utilized the potential of social media. It is hoped that this research will provide insights for MSMEs, the government, and academics to support the development of MSMEs on Timor Island through more effective utilization of social media.
