<![CDATA[This research is based on the importance of the curriculum in realizing quality education. In this regard, this study aims to determine the Planning, Organizing, Implementation, and Controlling of Curriculum Development in Realizing Quality Education at MI Darwata Glempang Maos. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection used interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data used triangulation, and data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research concludes that: (1) Curriculum Development Planning in Realizing Quality Education at MI Darwata Glempang Maos is carried out by holding joint meetings to discuss curriculum development. The meeting was attended by the foundation's management, the head of the madrasa, and the entire teacher's council; (2) Organizing Curriculum Development in Creating Quality Education at MI Darwata Glempang Maos is carried out by forming a curriculum development implementing team. The head of the madrasa divides work tasks between curriculum development implementers and oversees curriculum implementation activities; (3) Implementation of Curriculum Development in Realizing Quality Education at MI Darwata Glempang Maos is carried out through pre-instructional, instructional (core/content) and follow-up/evaluation activities. The curriculum that has been developed is implemented with reference to the curriculum that has been developed; (4) Curriculum Development Control in Realizing Quality Education at MI Darwata Glempang Maos is carried out through monitoring and evaluation activities. Supervision is carried out by the Head of Madrasah directly, unannounced inspections (sidak), and briefings on a regular, continuous and comprehensive basis. The evaluation of student learning outcomes is carried out by the teacher council through exams.]]>
