Abstract

Effect of Money Supply and Interest Rates and Government Expenditures to Inflation in Indonesia..This study aims to determine the effect of the money supply, interest rates and government expenditures to inflation in Indonesia. Theory used the theory of Irving Fisher, Gibson Paradox theory and the theory of Keynes. The study was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis tool Cobb-Douglas function. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test is used to determine the feasibility of the model.The analysis revealed a significant effect of money supply on inflation, interest rates have a significant effect on inflation and government expenditures significant effect on inflation. The money supply affects most to inflation in Indonesia.Keywords: Money Supply, Interest Rates, Government Expenditures and Inflation

Abstract

This research is aim to find out and examine the influence of investment, infrastructure, and wage rate toward manpower and GDRP in Samarinda City. Data used in this research is secondary data processing of taken spanning year time on 2005-2014. Analysis tool used is path analysis. Software used to conduct analyze is SPSS 23 Version. Result of research indicate that in influencing manpower, investment influential directly and insignificant with effect value -0,316 and significance value 0,229 0,10, infrastructure influential directly and insignificant with effect value -0,203 and significance value 0,125 0,10, and wage rate influential directly and significant with effect value 1,153 and significance value 0,003 0,10. In influencing GDRP, investment influential directly and significant with effect value of 0,226 and significance value 0,095 0,10, infrastructure influential directly and insignificant with effect value 0,068 and significance value 0,475 0,10, manpower influential directly and significant with effect value 0,834 and significance value 0,001 0,10. In influencing GDRP through manpower, investment influential indirectly and insignificant with effect value -0,263544, infrastructure influential indirectly and insignificant with effect value -0,169302, and wage rate influential indirectly and significant with effect value 0,961602.Keywords: Investment, Infrastructure, Wage Rate, Manpower, GDRP

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence Effect of Population Growth and Investment industry sectors as well as government spending to Gross Domestic Product and Local Revenue Bontang. The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Regression Analysis with Path Analysis Method (Path Analysis) and by using SPSS version 22.   Results of the analysis showed that the population growth has no significant effect on the Gross Domestic Product with a significance level of 0.198 α = 0.10 Investment Industry sector had no significant effect on the Gross Domestic Product with a significance level of 0.806 α = 0.10, government spending has a significant impact on the Gross Domestic Product with a significance level of 0.011α = 0.10, Population growth not significant effect on regional revenue with a significance level of 0.738α = 0.10, Investment Industry sector had no significant effect on regional revenue with a significance level of 0.133α = 0.10, significantly influence the Government Expenditure Revenue area with a significance level of 0.095α = 0.10 and Gross Domestic Product had no significant effect on regional revenue with a significance level of 0.428α = 0.10.Keywords: Population Growth Investment Industry sector
