Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital literacy and e-commerce on online purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with research samples using online platforms and using a scale of digital literacy, e-commerce, and online purchasing decisions as well as a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research based on the results of statistical analysis of the coefficient of determination or (R square) have a value of 0.487 or 48.7%, this number means that the influence between digital literacy and e-commerce on online purchasing decisions is moderate. So by increasing high digital literacy it will enable individuals to more easily find, evaluate, and buy products or services through e-commerce.

Abstract

Leadership is a process in influencing the activities of a person or group in an effort to achieve goals in certain situations. In Sukasari Village, Sumedang often employees (HR) who arrive late and do not work effectively as needed, appropriate leadership is needed in their employee duties to be more effective in carrying out and responsibilities, based on this, it is effective to know what leadership style is used and a way so that employees can come on time and work well in Suksari Sumedang Village. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative research method approach. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique, as the object of this research was the village head in Sukasari Village, Sumedang. Data collection techniques through observation, online interviews and documentation. Research data were analyzed using miles and hubermen which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style applied in Suksari Sumedang Village is more dominant in the democratic leadership style. Which in practice the leader implements the decisions made with the leader and subordinates, are free to express opinions so that subordinates can also work together in finding good solutions to the problems at hand.

Abstract

Work communication is the main door for the flow of all ideas, ideas, problems and can even lead to innovation in work efficiency. Then work discipline is an important element in the world of work to maintain stability or a conducive work atmosphere. These two variables certainly have a role in maintaining employee performance in the company. This research method uses quantitative survey research with variables of work communication, work discipline and employee performance. The research location is at PT Asahi Denso Indonesia. Data analysis uses regression testing on variables. The results of research on work communication and work discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work communication has no effect on employee performance, while work discipline actually has a big effect on employee performance.
