Abstract

The activity carried out by consumers every day is shopping. This activity is very important because it affects everyday life. In carrying out shopping activities, many decisions are made by the consumer. Understanding the consumer decision process is very important for marketers to create the right marketing strategy. This research will be carried out to look at the relationship that occurs between consumer behavior and its influence on changes in marketing strategy in Indonesia. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from the results of previous research or studies that still have relevance to this research. This study found that when consumers feel a product has successfully met their needs, they will feel satisfied in consuming the product. Marketing strategy is determined by its interaction with consumer decisions. Then a good marketing strategy is to provide products that can meet the needs of consumers.

Abstract

Biogas is one solution to overcome community difficulties due to rising fuel prices and the scarcity of LPG gas, this technology can be immediately applied, especially for cattle breeders. Utilizing cow dung that is processed anaerobically in a digester which will produce methane gas as an alternative energy. In planning this household-scale biogas device, there are several components designed including a digester with a volume capacity of 400L with a filling capacity of 2/3 of the digester volume, the material used is HDPE plastic (High Density Polyethylene) and a holding capacity of 147 L which produces a flash time. fire for 20.01 minutes for 15 days of the fermentation process. Where the lowest pressure is obtained on the 3rd day with a pressure of 104.668,73 N/m2, and the maximum pressure is on the 12th day with a maximum pressure of 107.201,85 N/m2i. simulation using solidwork software results in the digester construction which is planned to be used because it has a fairly good level of security

Abstract

Seminar ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan dan menganalisis strategi implementasi pembangunan desa yang responsif terhadap era Industri 4.0. Era baru ini telah mengubah ekonomi global dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi canggih seperti kecerdasan buatan, Internet of Things (IoT), dan analitik data ke dalam berbagai sektor. Pembangunan desa yang responsif terhadap Industri 4.0 menjadi kunci untuk memastikan inklusi sosial, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan di tingkat lokal. Seminar ini akan menyajikan hasil materi terbaru dan studi kasus tentang implementasi teknologi canggih di desa-desa, menyoroti keberhasilan dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut. Para pemateri akan membahas topik-topik penting termasuk infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan keterampilan digital, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan kebijakan publik yang mendukung transformasi Industri 4.0 di tingkat desa. Peserta seminar akan terdiri dari akademisi, praktisi, peserta didik, ibu PKK dan pemangku kepentingan terkait pembangunan desa. Diskusi dan pertukaran gagasan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan rekomendasi praktis untuk penerapan strategi dan kebijakan yang efektif dalam memacu pembangunan desa yang adaptif terhadap Industri 4.0.
