Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan judul ―Uji Efek Antipiretik Ekstrak Daun Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L) Terhadap Hewan Uji Mencit (Mus-musculus) Jantan‖. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan efek antipiretik ekstrak daun bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) pada mencit (Mus- musculus), untuk mengetahui dosis ekstrak daun bandotan yang paling efektif digunakan sebagai obat antipiretik pada mencit (Mus-musculus). Penelitian ini dilakukan dilaboratorium Akademi Farmasi Bina Farmasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen laboratorium. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengukur suhu rektal pada mencit (Mus-musculus) jantan. Hewan percobaan yang digunakan adalah mencit (Mus-musculus) jantan yang berjumlah 15 ekor yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok. Sebelum diberi perlakuan (Mus-musculus) di induksi dengan larutan pepton, yang merupakan faktor penyebab demam. kelompok 1 sebagai kontrol negatif yang diberikan Na. CMC, kelompok 2 sebagai kontrol positif yang diberikan parasetamol serta kelompok, 3, 4 dan 5 diberikan ekstrak daun bandotan dengan dosis berbeda-beda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) memiliki efek antipiretik dan dosis yang paling efektif sebagai antipiretik yaitu ekstrak bandotan (P3) dengan dosis 1,56 mg/BB yaitu 3,94% memberikan efek antipiretik hampir sama dengan dosis parasetamol 1,3 mg/BB yaitu 3,93 %.

Abstract

Research has been carried out on the formulation for making crackers biscuit based on eel flour. Problem of low protein content and calcium crackers are supposed to be overcome by the addition or substation of wheat flour with are rich in protein and calcium. Sidat fish with rich in protein and calcium could processed to be flour and applied top processing of crackers : in assumption. This study aims to determine the effect of adding fish meal to the resulting crackers biscuit to determine and the optimal combination variation to produce crackers with good nutritional quality. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 levels, each treatment was carried out 2 replicates. The treatment in this study was in the form of adding eel flour to biscuit processing with various concentrations, namely = 0%, B = 10%, C = 20%, D = 30%, and E = 40% (by weight of wheat flour). Eel based fish meal crackers it was found that B (10% eel flour) was better than the concentration of the addition of other eel flour.
