Abstract

The objectives of this study (1) the influence of teacher performance, school environment, and learning media partially and simultaneously on student learning outcomes (2) the most dominant variables affect student learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The data used are primary and secondary data generated from the dissemination of questionnaires, observations, and document records. The analysis used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis proof through the t test to partially prove the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables and theF-test to prove the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables simultaneously. The population in the research amounted to 500 students (classes X, XI, and XII), and 40 respondents were selected so that the number of samples was 120 students (40 students of class X, 40 class XI and 40 class XII) with sampling techniques using Purposive sampling The results of this study showed that (1) teacher performance did not affect student learning outcomes while, the school environment, and learning media have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes (2) Teacher performance, school environment, and learning media have a simultaneous effect on student learning outcomes (3) the school environment is the most dominant variable affecting student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Pedagogic, Professional, Personality, and Social Competence on the Work Motivation of UPT SPF Teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Parepare City and the dominant variable influences the Work Motivation of UPT SPF teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Parepare City This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Kota Parepare with a total population of 126 people. the sample in this study was carried out using the purposive random method, namely each subject teacher was represented by 2 teachers so that the total sample was 42 people. The data collection technique used questionnaires and the data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis techniques. Teacher Pedagogic Competence, Teacher Professional Competence, Teacher Personality Competence and Teacher Social Competence have a significant effect on teacher work motivation. UPT SPF SMK Negeri 2 Parepare City. Simultaneously Teacher Pedagogic Competence (X1), Teacher Professional Competence (X2), Teacher Personality Competence (X3) and Teacher Social Competence (X4) jointly affect the Work Motivation of UPT SPF teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Parepare City and the most dominant variable influencing the Work Motivation of UPT SPF teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Kota Parepare is the Teacher Social Competency variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengaruh Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar siswa Kelas XII Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi di UPT SPF- SMA Negeri 22 Bone Kabupaten Bone. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. tempat penelitian dilakukan pada UPT SPF- SMA Negeri 22 Bone Kabupaten Bone Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII terdiri dari kelas IPA1, IPA2, IPS 1 dan IPS 2 yang berjumlah 113 orang siswa. dan tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Random Sampling yang masing-masing kelas diwakili 15 orang siswa sehingga jumlah sampelnya adalah 60 orang siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner dan tehnik analisis data menggunakan tehnik analisis Uji- t. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan 1.Gambaran Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi di UPT SPF- SMA Negeri 22 Bone Kabupaten Bone Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi Konten adalah kategori Cukup, Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi Proses kategori Baik Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi Produk kategori Baik. 2. Gambaran Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi di UPT SMA Negeri 22 Bone Kabupaten Bone Analisis deskriptif setiap item pernyataan Untuk Pre- test Motivasi Belajar. nilai indeks 74,5 % adalah kategori sedang. Post- test Motivasi Belajar. nilai indeks 78,8 % adalah kategori Tinggi, 3. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi terhadap Motivasi Belajar siswa pada mata Pelajaran ekonomi kelas XII SMA Negeri 22 Bone Kabupaten Bone dimana Nilai probabilitas 0,000. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau nilai t hitung 7,738 > 2.00 t tabel (n-1 = 60 -1 alfa 5 %) .
