Abstract

ABSTRACT The research objective is to prove and explain the effect of earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, interest rates and inflation on the price to book value (corporate banking in Indonesia in 2007-2012. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data required in research this is obtained of Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Bank Indonesia (BI). the method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression. the study concluded that there is influence of earning per share, debt to equity ratio, interest interest and inflation to price to book value in banking in Indonesia Stock Exchange. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah membuktikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh earning per share, debt to equity ratio, suku bunga dan inflasi terhadap price to book value (perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia tahun 2007-2012. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Earning per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Suku Bunga dan Inflasi terhadap Price to Book Value pada Perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Abstract

In the current era of globalization, companies continue to refine their strategies and find opportunities to increase their advantages. For one, the healthcare sector has become a top priority for the Indonesian government. As a result, healthcare companies are increasing competition, forcing companies to adapt, improve their plans and performance, and capitalize on government initiatives to guarantee their survival. Companies that cannot compete and survive for long risk bankruptcy and eventual exclusion from the industry landscape. This study aims to analyze the effect of ROA and DAR on Financial Distress partially or simultaneously. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method uses quantitative research methods using purposive sampling techniques with data processing using Excel and the SPSS 26 program. The total sample obtained was 10 health sector companies. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The statistical model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) the ROA variable has a negative and significant effect on Financial Distress. (2) DAR variable has no effect on Financial Distress. (3) profitability and leverage variables on Financial Distress have a simultaneous effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of EPS, DER, and DPR on company value partially and simultaneously. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is quantitative with purposive sampling technique, and data processing is carried out using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26. The research sample consists of 21 food and beverage sector companies. Data analysis is carried out through descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of the study indicate that (1) the EPS variable has a negative and significant effect on company value, (2) the DER variable has an effect on company value, (3) the DPR variable has a negative effect on company value, and (4) the investment, funding, and dividend variables have a simultaneous effect on company value.
