Abstract

Rumah Tempe Indonesia is a business sector that produces various processed soybeans, one of which is tempeh with two brands, namely Tempekita and Tempe Kim's. Rumah Tempe Indonesia has also started implementing a make to stock production system in its business processes. However, until now Rumah Tempe Indonesia has not implemented a specific method to support the production system it implements. This production system can cause problems including the amount of production that does not match consumer needs, causing a shortage or excess of products which are very inefficient for the company's business continuity. These problems can be solved through production planning using the selected aggregate planning strategy or the strategy that produces the lowest total production costs. This strategy is implemented in the preparation of a production master schedule to estimate the quantity of tempe products that must be met in the next period. In this study, two strategies were used, namely the level strategy with a production cost of 1,403,904,740.04, - and the chase strategy with a production cost of 1,404,149,544.96, -. Based on these considerations of production costs, the strategy chosen to be continued in making the master production schedule is the level strategy. The Master Production Schedule is made based on the calculation results of the disaggregation process on the production units of each brand for each period. The amount of Tempekita and Tempe Kim's production based on the Master Production Schedule (JIP) respectively for the 1st period was 2790 and 13099 pcs, the 2nd period was 1901 and 10624 pcs, the 3rd period was 2104 and 10421 pcs, the 3rd period 4th period 3224 and 8897 pcs, 5th period 4196 and 8329 pcs, 6th period 4117 and 8004 pcs, 7th period 3735 and 8790 pcs, 8th period 4799 and 7726 pcs, 7th period 9th of 3700 and 7613 pcs, 10th period of 5409 and 7116 pcs, 11th period of 5329 and 6792 pcs, 12th period of 5070 and 7455 pcs.

Abstract

Developing a traceability system in the frozen food supply chain at CV Sakana Indo Prima. Frozen food in its processing has potential hazards that affect the quality and safety of food along the supply chain of frozen food products. These hazards include microbiological, physical, and chemical hazards that foodstuffs can experience during the production process to the hands of the final consumer. The development of this traceability system is divided into three stages. The first stage, namely by mapping and assessing supply chain performance, is carried out by identifying indicators of each level of SCM performance, calculating normalization values based on the initial value of KPIs using the norm de boer equation or formula, and calculating the final value of supply chain performance. The second stage is to carry out quality assurance by implementing the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) system. Hazard analysis, hazard category determination, and critical control points and control measures. Determination of hazard categories as well as determination of essential points of control and control measures.

Abstract

This study aims to model a support system for position promotion at PT. Progress Diecast. Identification of criteria and design has been included in the modeling Method used in designing the decision support system for the promotion of positions at PT. Progress Diecast is a Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with the help of Microsoft Excel Software as its processing and system model. The assessment criteria in the proposed decision support system consist of 3: Behavioral Criteria, Work Target Criteria, and Test Criteria. Each standard has indicators obtained from the interview results, then becomes an assessment of prospective employees who will be promoted to their positions. Behavioral Criteria have indicators: Discipline, Honesty, Leadership, Compliance, Responsibility, and Team Work. The Work Target Criteria have indicators: Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving and Decision Taking Skills, and Achievement Orientation. The test criteria have indicators, namely Technical Skills and Psychological Tests. The result of the Decision Support System model for the promotion of the position of a leader of the Quality Department at PT Progress Diecast alternative or selected employee candidates is Jajang with values final result 0.97198.

Abstract

Rumah Tempe Indonesia is an MSME engaged in processing soybeans into tempeh products. The production system used is made to stockThis production system can cause problems, including the amount of production that does not match consumer needs, causing a shortage or excess of products which are very inefficient for the company's business continuity. For this reason, a study was carried out to determine the forecast for the demand for GMO Tempe at Indonesian Tempe Houses for the next 12 periods using the Holt-winters method and to determine the accuracy of the forecast made. The method used in this research is the Holt-winter method with the help of Ms. Excel Where. The final result of the research using Holt-winters has a level of forecasting accuracy90.1515344%, which means it is very good at predicting the demand for tempe in the future. Forecasting results in periods 37 to 48 respectively are 13372PCS, 12367PCS, 14196PCS, 12848PCS, 16655PCS, 15965PCS, 18032PCS, 15107PCS, 15132PCS, 17969PCS, 14267PCS, 21498PCS.

Abstract

PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia is one of the largest manufacturing companies producing electronic products in Indonesia, achieving significant growth and development in its production processes. Ensuring an efficient production process requires maintaining proper line balancing to achieve smooth operations. However, the radio P155 Srs production line experienced workload imbalances that led to bottlenecks and time losses. These issues arose due to factors such as insufficiently skilled workers and mismatched workloads that were not aligned with operators' abilities. Such conditions can lead to worker fatigue and reduced motivation and negatively impact work effectiveness. Research conducted using the Ranked Position Weight (RPW) method demonstrated improvements by reducing the number of workstations from 12 to 8. This optimization resulted in increased track efficiency, which improved from 65.10% and 57.43% to 83.10% and 85.94%.

Abstract

Supplier selection is a strategic decision in supply chain management as it directly affects product quality, operational efficiency, and delivery reliability. In manufacturing industries, carton packaging serves not only as product protection but also as a determinant of perceived quality and customer satisfaction. PT Toa Galva Industries has experienced inconsistencies in carton box quality, leading to disruptions in packaging and distribution processes. This issue highlights the need for a multi-criteria decision-making approach capable of capturing interdependencies among evaluation criteria. This study aims to develop a supplier evaluation and ranking framework for carton packaging using an integrated Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) approach. ANP is employed to determine the priority weights of criteria and subcriteria while considering their interrelationships, whereas TOPSIS is applied to rank suppliers based on their closeness to the ideal solution. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with experienced procurement and production personnel. The results indicate that quality is the most influential criterion, followed by service, delivery, and cost, with quality consistency identified as the most critical subcriterion. The supplier ranking reveals that PT CTP achieves the highest preference value among the evaluated alternatives. These findings emphasize that quality stability outweighs cost considerations in carton packaging supplier selection. This study contributes practically by providing a structured and objective decision-making framework and academically by extending the application of ANP–TOPSIS in packaging supplier evaluation within manufacturing contexts.
