Abstract

This study explores teachers' technological approaches to learning activities during a pandemic disruption. The teachers' role in solving learning activity problems during education disruption was essential. So, the expected learning outcomes can be achieved as optimally as possible. We have searched for data on book application sources and other scientific works that can be used to answer research problems. As for the review, we have analyzed the data involving data coding, interpretation, evaluating, and making conclusions to find these findings relevant to validity and reliability. After conducting an in-depth study and discussion, we finally have informed several points, including the technology approach; teachers are dominant and play a key role in implementing learning during the policy of closing schools but opening small classes remotely. We hope this finding is helpful for the following study in a relevant context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi mengenai respon  masyarakat milenium tentang urgensi menjadi guru berkarakter ikhlas dalam perspektif manajemen sumber daya pendidikan. Berdasarkan deskripsi tersebut diharapkan dapat disusun rekomendasi kaitannya dengan urgensi menjadi guru berkarakter ikhlas dalam perspektif manajemen sumber daya pendidikan. Studi dilakukan pada bulan Oktober - November 2022 di Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno (UIN FAS) Bengkulu dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen, karyawan, dan  mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno (UIN FAS) Bengkulu yang ikut bergabung dalam WA Group berjumlah 383 orang dengan responden 27,42 % dari populasi (105 orang). Teknik analisis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dengan bantuan rumus persentase (P = f/N x 100). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 81,90 % masyarakat setuju terhadap pernyataan bahwa “guru adalah pahlwan tanpa tanda jasa”. Artinya, masyarakat milenium masih menganggap bahwa menjadi guru berkarakter ikhlas dalam pengabdiannya adalah sangat urgen dalam perspektif manajemen sumber daya pendidikan.

Abstract

Often an era affects a person’s lifestyle in attitude. The attitude of solidity in the digital age is questionable because of its role in the effectiveness of school management. Some other members still believe in contributing to its effectiveness. To overcome these confusions and doubts, research is needed to test whether solidity still plays a role in improving management effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher solidity on the effectiveness of primary school management. Data were collected using quantitative methods. The data collection technique is to use questionnaires. The data were analyzed through Pearson product moments and t-tests. The results of the interpretation of research data showed that teacher solidity has a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of primary school management. The assessment of the results of the study emphasized that solidity cannot be ignored although it is still necessary to have the individual skills of teachers to face the digital age.

Abstract

The research subject pertains to the attitude of the academic community in the digital era towards addressing the issue of social harmonisation education at a State Islamic University in Bengkulu. Meanwhile, the purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the response of the digital era academic community to the issue of social harmonization education. Based on this description, it is hoped that recommendations can be compiled related to how to improve the response of the digital era academic community to the issue of social harmonization education. The study was conducted in August-September 2022 at Fatmawati Sukarno State Islamic University (UIN FAS) Bengkulu with a quantitative type of research using survey methods. Data analysis techniques are used using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques with the help of percentage formulations (P = f / N x 100) and to determine the response categories used TSR formulations (High, Medium, and Low). The population of this study was all lecturers, employees, and students of Fatmawati Sukarno State Islamic University (UIN FAS) Bengkulu who joined the WhatsApp Group totalling 390 people as well as being respondents to the study. The results showed that the response of the digital era academic community to the issue of social harmonization education was in the low category (25.64%).
