Abstract

Customer Relationship Management Information System St.Borromeus Hospitalis anapplication to process data related to the promotion, marketing and cooperation between the St.Borromeus Hospita lwith the Contractor. Data processing is not optimum cooperation with the contractorat the Marketing division of Borromeus Hospital,cause search of information about the contractor, take a bit longer so that hamper the process of promotion and marketing. Therefore it need an application that can support and solve the problem.Based on these problems the author intends arrange final by taking the title of"Customer Relationship Management Information Systems St.Borromeus Hospital ". The technique is observation data collection, interview and library research, while the phase of system development using water fall method.The author hopes that this application can assist the Marketing in the Hospital of St.Borromeusin the process of  processing and marketing campaig n to the Contractor, either from the input data, search data, scheduling agreements. Abstract

PT. Bita Enarcon Engineering adalah perusahaan konsultan yang menyediakan jasa perencanaan studi dan konsultasi untuk berbagai pembangunan dan pekerjaan konstruksi, perusahaan ini juga melayani pelayanan umum sebagai pelayanan pendukung, akan tetapi perusahaan ini memiliki suatu permasalahan dalam pengelolaan kepegawaian khususnya penyeleksian pegawai baru untuk menempati posisi jabatan tertentu dan proses pengangkatan golongan pegawai masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga dalam penempatan pegawai baru sering mengalami ketidaksesuaian antara pendidikan, pengalaman dalam bekerja, dan perilaku yang dimiliki oleh pegawai baru dengan suatu jabatan yang akan diposisikan oleh perusahaan. Maka perusahaan ini membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan untuk proses penyeleksian pegawai baru untuk menempati posisi jabatan tertentu dan proses pengangkatan golongan pegawai. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem ini adalah berdasarkan metode terstruktur, dimana tools yang digunakan untuk memodelkan aliran data adalah DFD (Data Flow Diagram), diagram untuk memodelkan relasi antar data adalah diagram E-R. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari beberapa hak akses yaitu hak akses sebagai admin oleh manager divisi admin personalia dan umum dan hak akses sebagai petugas oleh staf bid/urs admin dan personalia. Aplikasi jenjang karir pegawai di PT. Bita Enarcon Enginnerring Bandung ini mempunyai kelebihan yaitu aplikasi dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola data pegawai, dapat menghindari kesalahan dalam mengelola kenaikan golongan pegawai, dapat meminimalisir kemungkinan data hilang, dan dapat menempatkan jabatan pegawai baru secara objektif sesuai dengan pendidikan, pengalaman dalam bekerja, dan perilaku pegawai baru yang diperlukan oleh suatu jabatan tertentu.Kata kunci : Jenjang karir, seleksi pegawai, pengangkatan golongan, DFD, E-R, Manager dan staf divisi admin personalia.

Abstract

Aplikasi SaaS (Software as a Service) memiliki beberapa lapisan arsitektur yaitu data layer, service layer, process layer, dan UI layer.UI layer yaitu merupakan lapisan GUI yang berfungsi untuk menyediakan interface antara sistem dan user dalam menerima input dari user dan menampilkan kembali kepada user. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana membangun user interface (UI) discovery sebagai bagian dari perangkat lunak berbasis SaaS. Aplikasi tersebut bertujuan untuk memudahkan user dalam menemukan user interface yang sesuai dengan konfigurasi yang diinginkan. Aplikasi UI discovery ini dikembangkan menggunakan teori ontologi, yaitu RDF map dan query SPARQL. Cara kerja dari UI discovery yakni dengan memasukkan kata kunci yang mengandung nama form, atau detail komponen yang diinginkan. UI discovery akan secara otomatis melakukan pencarian sesuai dengan kata kunci yang dimasukkan tersebut. Uji coba yang dilakukan menggunakan dua model pencarian, yakni pencarian data dan pencarian detail. Hasil perhitungan uji coba dari kedua model tersebut, diperoleh nilai recall  95%, nilai akurasi 100%, dan nilai presisi dalam presentase yang berbeda.  Presentase pada model pencarian data diperoleh sebesar 95% dan pada model pencarian detail diperoleh sebesar 90%. Perbedaan tersebut diperoleh karena pada pencarian detail terdapat beberapa dokumen tidak relevan yang ditemukan dan terjaring query, sehingga pada pencarian data menunjukkan hasil yang lebih relevan dan menunjukkan kemampuan sistem lebih baik.

Abstract

SaaS (Software as a Service) application has many architecture layers, those are: data layer, service layer, process layer, and UI layer. UI layer is a GUI layer which has function to prepare the interface both system and user receiving input from user and show back to user. This research tells about how to build user interface (UI) discovery as a part of software based on SaaS. The aim of this application is to make easier user for finding user interface which appropriate needed configuration. This UI discovery application is developed by using ontology theory, those are RDF map and query SPARQL. The working way of UI discovery is entering the keywords which contain form name, or component details needed. UI discovery will search based on the entering keywords automatically. The trials will use two search models, those are data search and detail search. The calculation result of those both trials are from recall score 95%, accuracy score 100%, and precision score with different percentage. The percentage of data search model is 95%, while on detail search model is 90%. Those differences found because of some of irrelevant document found on detail search and netted query. Therefore, on data search shows that the result is more relevant and shows the better of system's prosperity. Keywords : Software as a service; discovery; query accuracy; interface repository

Abstract

Tourism is an activity where people or groups travel voluntarily for relaxation, seeking entertainment, or enjoy cultural diversity both within the city, outside the city, or even abroad. For traveling, information about halal tourism is essential that tourists must know. Tourists can contact a tour guide to find information and recommendations for halal tourism. However, it will cost quite a bit and need for a recommendation system to obtain recommendations and make it easier for tourists to determine which halal tourism to visit. This study aims to obtain the Multi-Criteria Recommender System's (MCRS) performance using cosine-based similarity to select halal tourism in Batu City. MCRS extends the traditional approach by using more than one scoring criteria to generate recommendations. The implementation of MCRS using cosine-based similarity succeeded in producing the five highest recommendations for halal tourist attractions, which were implemented in a game-based system. Through recommendation accuracy testing on two items, three items, four items, and five tourist attractions items, we obtained an average accuracy is 77,95%.

Abstract

Service quality plays a crucial role in economic development, particularly in the service industry, such as hotel services. Despite this, many hotels lack a systematic approach to help management identify areas that require improvement based on customer feedback. This research aims to develop a system that supports efforts to enhance service quality, utilizing the Fuzzy TOPSIS method. The study incorporates 150 data points obtained from questionnaires distributed to hotel service customers. The research involves two trials: service improvement priority and service eligibility. The results indicate an 84.45% accuracy level for service improvement priority testing, based on 120 out of 150 data points. Additionally, the accuracy level for service eligibility testing is 85.34%, derived from 131 data points out of the total 150. The research findings highlight the cafeteria as a significant area requiring improvement in service quality, aligning with the insights of hospitality experts. These results can serve as a foundation for management to enhance service quality based on selected criteria and alternatives.
