Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted based on the results of previous studies which showed different results on the use of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variables in moderating the relationship between Work Family Conflict (WFC) and Turnover Intention (TI). The results of other studies suggest looking for other industrial fields that have higher turnover rates and high workloads for research. One of the industries with high turnover is health services. This study aims to determine whether POS as a moderator variable can affect the relationship between WFC and IT in female nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative method with a causality approach. The research subjects were 96 female nurses who worked in 2 city-level private Covid referral hospitals in Bandung. The measuring instrument used is the WFC Scale which refers to the WFC theory according to Greenhaus (1985), the IT measuring instrument refers to Mobley's theory (1978) and the Perceived Organizational Support Survey (SPOS) from Eisenberger's theory (1986). The results of the study using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) showed that the POS moderating variable had a value of -0.003 in reducing TI and sig. of 0.005 <0.05, it can be concluded that POS is a moderating variable that can weaken the relationship between WFC and TI. This means that if WFC nurses experience an increase and POS increases, TI on nurses will continue to decrease. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil studi terdahulu yang menujukkan adanya hasil berbeda pada penggunaan variabel Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dalam memoderatori hubungan Work family Conflict (WFC) terhadap Turnover Intention (TI). Adapun hasil penelitian lain menyarankan guna mencari bidang industri lain yang memiliki tingkat turnover lebih tinggi serta beban kerja yang tinggi untuk diteliti. Salah satunya industri dengan turnover tinggi adalah pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah POS sebagai variabel moderator dapat mempengaruhi hubungan WFC terhadap TI pada perawat wanita masa pandemi covid – 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 96 perawat wanita yang bekerja di 2 RS swasta rujukan covid tingkat kota di Bandung. Alat ukur yang dipakai adalah WFC Scale yang mengacu pada teori WFC menurut Greenhaus (1985), alat ukur TI yang mengacu pada teori Mobley (1978) serta Survey Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) dari teori Eisenberger (1986). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis Moderated Regression Anaysis (MRA) menunjukkan variabel moderasi POS mempunyai nilai sebesar -0,003 dalam menurunkan TI dan tingkat sig. sebesar 0,005 < 0,05, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa POS merupakan variabel moderasi yang dapat memperlemah hubungan WFC terhadap TI. Artinya jika WFC perawat mengalami peningkatan dan POS meningkat maka TI pada perawat akan tetap menurun. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find out how much influence Job Crafting has on Work Engagement. This research was conducted on junior high school teachers in Bandung City. The number of subjects in this study was 359 junior high school teachers in the city of Bandung. This study used a psychological scale with Job Crafting measuring instruments from Tims, Bakker and Derks as well as Work Engagement measuring instruments from Schaufeli & Bakker. The method of this study is quantitative non-experimental causality. The results of the study found that 92.9% of teachers have high Job Crafting and 93.9% of teachers have high Work Engagement. The effect of Job Crafting on Work Engagement in this study was 46.8%. The results of multiple regressions show that the Increasing Structural Job Resources dimension has the highest influence on Work Engagement. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Work Engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Guru SMP di Kota Bandung. Jumlah subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 359 Guru SMP di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologis dengan alat ukur Job Crafting dari Tims, Bakker dan Derks serta alat ukur Work Engagement dari Schaufeli & Bakker. Metode dari penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif kausalitas non eksperimental. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa 92,9% Guru memiliki Job Crafting yang tinggi dan 93,9% guru memiliki Work Engagement yang tinggi. Pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Work Engagement pada penelitian ini sebesar 46,8%. Hasil multiple regression menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Increasing Structural Job Resources yang memberikan pengaruh paling tinggi terhadap Work Engagement.
