Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Budget Deficit, Rupiah Exchange Rate, and Foreign Exchange Reserves on Indonesia's economic growth (GDP). The type of data used is the time series from 2014-2023. Secondary data is in the form of Budget Deficit (Rupiah), GDP based on constant 2010 prices, Rupiah exchange rate (against the US Dollar) and Foreign Exchange Reserves (Billions of Rupiah). The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the Budget Deficit has a negative but not significant effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth during the 2014-2023 period. The Rupiah Exchange Rate (Kurs) has a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth during the 2014-2023 period. This shows that the increase in the US Dollar exchange rate resulted in an increase in Indonesia's Economic Growth. Foreign Exchange Reserves have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth during the 2014-2023 period. This shows that the increase in foreign exchange reserves resulted in an increase in Indonesia's economic growth (GDP) during the 2014-2023 period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of ATM card and mobile banking product quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BTN Makassar Branch Office. Service quality is measured using the SERVQUAL model, which consists of five dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance. The respondents in this study amounted to 100 individuals, selected using the simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), and hypothesis testing to evaluate the variables' influence. The results show that the quality of ATM card and mobile banking products, both simultaneously and partially, significantly affects customer satisfaction. This study concludes that the quality of ATM card and mobile banking products at Bank BTN plays an essential role in improving customer satisfaction. It is recommended that Bank BTN enhances service accessibility, educates customers on digital features, and continuously innovates to improve the quality of products and services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of pa'bicara farmer groups in improving the economic welfare of families of wet-rice farmers in bantimurung village. and to identify the obstacles faced by farmer groups in these efforts. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach. Used to collect data in narrative form through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the Pa'bicara Farmer Group contributed to improving the economic welfare of wet-rice farmers in Bantimurung Village through training, production facilities assistance, and market access. This contribution has an impact on increasing farmers' income and strengthening their economic position. However, there are still obstacles such as delays in assistance, limited capital, and lack of member participation. Even so, farmer groups remain a strategic means of empowering farmers and reducing rural social inequality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction. This research was conducted with an explanatory approach (explanatory research) which seeks to explain the effect of causality (causality relationship) and explain the effect of causality between the independent variables (service quality and price), and the dependent variable (customer satisfaction), the online Gojek application in Makassar and data. These were analyzed by means of multiple linear regression analysis. This type of research is based on the method using descriptive research through a quantitative approach. The population in the study were 100 online Gojek application customers in Makassar. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling, where the researcher took the sample encountered at the time of the study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the research indicate that Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and Service Quality and Price simultaneously has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and determine the effect of supervision and enforcement on parking compliance on the Makassar City road. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study partially and simultaneously prove that supervision and enforcement have a positive and significant effect on parking compliance on Makassar City roads. This means that to increase the compliance of parking users on the road, monitoring and enforcement also need to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of office facilities and work disciplineindividually or jointly on employee performance at the Balocci District Office, Pangkep Regency. The research population is employees at the Balocci District Office, Pangkep Regency, which was recorded in 2021 as many as 23 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that:1) office facilities had a positive effect of 0.498 and significant on employee performance at theBalocci District Office, Pangkep Regency; 2) work discipline has apositive effect of 0.452 and is significant on employee performance at the Balocci District Office, Pangkep Regency; 3) Office facilities and work discipline have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Balocci District Office, Pangkep Regency with a contribution of 36.6%.
