<![CDATA[Saat ini jumlah penduduk yang berasal dari etnis Tionghoa meningkat sekitar 1,45% hingga 2,04% secara konsisten, dengan tujuan agar Indonesia dikenal sebagai bangsa yang majemuk, dimana terdapat masyarakat mayoritas atau heterogen di setiap daerah. Jumlah penduduk etnis Tionghoa di Indonesia terus meningkat secara konsisten. Mengingat Peraturan Perundang-undangan No. 23 Tahun 2014, anggota ras politik adalah himpunan pesaing yang diajukan oleh kelompok ideologis atau aliansi kelompok ideologis. Penelitian ini berencana untuk menentukan variabel- variabel yang mempengaruhi pandangan etnis Tionghoa dalam pengangkatan calon kepala daerah Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2024 dan kemungkinan-kemungkinan pemilihan Ketua Umum Banda Aceh tahun 2024. Pendekatan eksplorasi menggunakan penelitian kualitatif grafis. Efek samping dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi warga etnis Tionghoa, khususnya: etnis Tionghoa dalam memutuskan keputusan mereka dipengaruhi oleh variabel dalam dan luar yang dampaknya berasal dari usia, pelatihan, data posisi dan pengalaman. Berdasarkan temuan kajian tersebut, maka standar kemungkinan calon Walikota Banda Aceh pada tahun 2024 adalah: pesaing yang tidak memiliki kewajiban apresiasi dengan kelompok ideologi pendukung, pendatang baru yang memiliki program kerja yang mengangkat, pesaing yang memandang penghuni terdekatnya, pendatang baru yang bersih dari KKN, pesaing yang memiliki moraldan etos yang baik, pesaing yang berwawasan hidup hemat, lugas dan efektif. Berdasarkan penemuan-penemuan tersebut, cenderung beralasan bahwa pandangan warga etnis Tionghoa, langsung dalam memutuskan keputusan mereka dipengaruhi oleh faktor dalam dan luar dari calon ketua Kota Banda Aceh pada tahun 2024, dua langkah tersebut. untuk kemungkinan Ketua yang seharusnya walikota pesaing yang dapat memenuhi keinginan individu dan calon walikota memiliki sikap dan etika yang besar untuk bantuan pemerintahindividu.Kata kunci : Persepsi etnis Tionghoa, Kriteria calon Walikota, PilkadaChinese Ethnic Perceptions of the Criteria for Candidates for Mayor of Banda Aceh in the 2024 PilkadaPresently the quantity of Indonesians who come from ethnic Chinese is expanding by around 1.45% to 2.04% consistently, with the goal that Indonesia is known as a pluralistic nation, where there is a majority or heterogeneous society in every locale.
