Abstract

System learning in the network is learning that is done online with internet devices, using learning applications and social networks. Learning from home even though students' understanding is different has actually been implemented in various schools during the pandemic. Learning from home is a deliberate, conscious, planned, and directed process to improve the competence of students by taking the location of learning at home. During the online learning process, students get directions, guidelines, and study schedules from each of their educators at school, and can play a control role in the learning process by parents at home. The study schedule is the same as learning activities during the face-to-face learning period at school. The role of parental control in learning at home is important for elementary school students who are not yet capable of running online-based internet devices. Tabgha Christian Elementary School Batam under the auspices of the Indonesian Love Community Foundation was established by the leader of the Bethel Church of Indonesia, the Tabgha congregation, having its address at Komplek Cetre Park Block III number 3 Simpang Kara Batam Center who also together with the Tabgha Batam Theological College took part in the implementation of online learning in Batam. pandemic era for students. This is done to assist the central and regional governments in preventing the community from being affected by the COVID-19 virus during the learning process

Abstract

Christian leadership should follow the example of Jesus Christ. Small groups are a biblical pattern that occurs in fulfilling God's grand plan for the salvation of humanity, as demonstrated by Jesus with His twelve disciples. True Christian small groups can lead everyone to become disciples of Jesus by carrying out the Great Commission. The integrity of leaders within small groups is believed to bring spiritual growth to the congregation in the local church, leading more people to come and seek God during worship. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the extent of Leader's Integrity, Small Group, and Spiritual Growth in Tabgha Church in Tanjung Piayu, Batam. After collecting all the data from interviews and observations, the researcher proceeded to analyze the data in accordance with the research methodology outlined in the research chapter. The study found a coherence between words and actions; leaders who hold their duties and responsibilities can achieve predetermined goals. Leaders who adhere to the planned course from the beginning, along with all the risks involved, must possess honesty, responsibility, set an example, have the courage to rebuke those who do wrong, but also courageously praise those who do well according to the given direction. Trustworthy leaders are those who can guide, assign tasks in line with the established objectives, stay focused on those objectives, and provide updates on progress made.

Abstract

Knowing a child-friendly Church, we believe that children are an important blessing and determine the life of the church now and in the future. When we want to prepare followers of Christ who grow and know love and witness for Christ, then this movement can be determined from the lives of children.Living the ministry of the children we serve are not just there and there is no time, but socializing about something that is considered necessary and even very important when serving them. HE conveyed the partiality of the Lord Jesus to children, But Jesus said: “Let the children be, don't hinder them from coming to Me; for people like these belong to the kingdom of heaven.”The question after that is, have we provided the right and adequate and ideal things for the ministry of these children, how much is the church's involvement in seeking child-friendly services in their environment. Let's work together in terms of creating a child-friendly culture throughout the church environment while serving them and the real application and taste contained in HIS word. Children's voices that cannot be seen and heard in writing or verbally with requests, but can be given a large enough space provided by the church for their ministry.In the era of digitalization of information technology in modern times there are many advantages and additional advantages of this technology in the growth and development of children that can be used, but there are certain sides that occur vulnerabilities to these problems that need to be watched out for arising.

Abstract

Parents do not yet have an understanding of the role of parents in guiding the character of teenagers aged 12-15 years. The character of teenagers at GBI Tabgha Tanjung Piayu Batam has challenges because there are still those involved in racing, the temptation to smoke, drink alcohol, the social interactions of school children who often tempt them not to take part in church activities, like to go against their parents, have a bad temper and are stubborn. . Parents lack communication with teenage children at GBI Tabgha Tanjung Piayu Batam so that there is a breakdown in the relationship between parents and children and the children's character is not formed from a positive environment. The character of teenagers at GBI Tabgha Tanjung Piayu Batam has challenges because some are still involved in racing, tempted to smoke, drink alcohol. This research aims to find out the extent of the benefits of the role of parents in guiding the character of teenagers aged 12-15 years at Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Church Tanjung Piayu Batam. The role of parents is realized through regular and personal guidance regarding positive and negative things that should be avoided or done. Parents play a role in forming the spiritual maturity of their teenagers based on God's Word so that in the future teenagers will become individuals who are strong and sturdy in their faith and fear of God. This research uses qualitative methods and the informants in this research are five parents whose data can be collected from interviews. The results of the research found that church worship is very useful and proven to develop the character of teenagers. Parents often do not provide space for teenagers to talk about their feelings, problems or worries. A lack of open communication can make children feel unheard or unappreciated. Guiding the character of teenagers, especially parents, is very important in forming a family environment that is harmonious, full of love and understanding for children
