Abstract

Background: Resources as assets must be managed according to business needs, because this will make the organization competitive. The contribution of employees to the organization will be important, if done with effective actions and behave properly. BPJS Health employee performance is something that is important to study in order to improve employee behavior in accordance with organizational values, goals and strategies and increase employee productivity both individually and in groups. The pandemic period, which has not been completed until now, has had an influence on changes in the pattern of activity processes at the BPJS Kesehatan Yogyakarta Branch office, such as lower employee self-efficacy / decreased when dealing with consumer complaints, the throwing of responsibilities that resulted in the work of certain people being concentrated, decreased motivation and job satisfaction due to uncertain conditions and ease of work, as well as internal management policies. This has resulted in a decrease in the optimization of services to the community. Objectives: To determine Self-Efficacy, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance BPJS Kesehatan Yogyakarta Branch in 2022. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative method using a certain population and sample, with desain research of cross sectional and this research was carried out at the BPJS Kesehatan Yogyakarta Branch Office. Sampling technique using Total Sampling and a population of 62 employees, correlation analysis used the independent variable and the dependent variable. Conclusion: There is a significant effect between self-efficacy on performance, and there is a significant effect between job satisfaction and performance on employees of BPJS Kesehatan Yogyakarta Branch. Meanwhile, there is no significant influence on the performance of employees of BPJS Yogyakarta Branch.

Abstract

Background: Hospitals are labor-intensive, capital-intensive, technology-intensive and skills-intensive organizations. The demands of progress which require the improvement of all aspects of the Hospital in the context of providing quality services, make the problems in the Hospital even more complex. Hospital service quality dimensions (ServQual) consist of (1). Reliability (reliability), (2). Assurance (3), physical evidence (tangible), (4) empathy, and (5) responsiveness. Hospital pharmacy services are one of the activities in hospitals that support quality health services. This is clarified in the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 1333/Menkes/SK/XII/1999 concerning Hospital Service Standards, which states that hospital pharmacy services are an integral part of the hospital health service system. Method: This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross sectional design, because it is a research that seeks or obtains independent (free) and dependent (bound) variables which are carried out at the same time.  Result: Data were analyzed with validity and reliability tests for each questionnaire item, with valid and reliable results. For processing and analysis of research data using multiple regression analysis, t test and f test. The independent variable in this study is quality management which includes reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles, while the dependent variable is service quality improvement (Y). The known regression equation is: Y = 0.191 + 0.159 X1 + 0.129 X2 + 0.199 X3 + 0.227 X4 + 0.138 X5. The results of a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 or (p ) < ?, indicate that simultaneously or partially the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable, and hypothesis testing with the F test is obtained: for the calculated F value is 25.141> F table is 2.330 while the coefficient the determination (R2) is 0.614. Conclusion: This study is that there is a significant influence of pharmaceutical quality management on service quality improvement of 61.4%, and the hospital should prioritize the quality of service for optimal satisfaction results.

Abstract

Background: An increase in health status can be achieved through personal hygiene, namely personal hygiene and health which includes skin hygiene, hair hygiene, nail hygiene, dental and oral hygiene, and clothing hygiene which aims to prevent disease in oneself and others. It is known that some students at elementary school Muhammadiyah Karangturi do not understand personal hygiene because of a lack of knowledge, body image, and personal hygiene behavior. Purpose:  This study aims to determine the correlation between knowledge and body image with personal hygiene behavior of students at elementary school Muhammadiyah Karangturi Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta in 2022. Method:  This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional research design. The population is 53 students and the sampling technique in this study is total sampling, which is a sample of 53 students. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis.  Based on the Chi Square test, it is known that there is a correlation between knowledge and personal hygiene behavior of students at elementary school Muhammadiyah Karangturi Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta, namely the value ? = 0.005 <? = 0.05 and there is a relationship between body image and personal hygiene behavior of students at elementary school Muhammadiyah Karangturi Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta, namely the value ? = 0.002 <? = 0.05. Conclusion: There is  correlation between knowledge and personal hygiene behavior of students at elementary school Muhammadiyah Karangturi Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta and there is relationship between body image and personal hygiene behavior of students at elementary school  Muhammadiyah Karangturi Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta.
