Abstract

Based on the observations and initial data, the performance of employees of PT. Nissin Kogyo Batam in the last four years tended to decline, seen from the still high number of quality complaints from customers. Predicted poor performance of the employee is due to the lack of employee training, resulting in low job satisfaction. The purpose of this research was to reveal the influence of both variables on job satisfaction and performance. Analysis of the data used is the Path Analysis. The hypothesis of this researchare as follows: training effect on employee job satisfaction of PT. Nissin Kogyo Batam, and training and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the employee satisfaction of PT. Nissin KogyoBatam. The research findings that training is only an impactof 9.1% to job satisfaction, and the influence of training and job satisfaction which directly affects the employee's performance of 39.2% and significant. The remaining 60.8% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

PT Cemindo Gemilang yang berdiri sejak tahun 2011 merupakan produsen semen dengan merek dagang Semen Merah Putih. Memiliki lima pabrik di Indonesia yang tersebar di wilayah Banten, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Barat, danSumatera Utara, serta membangun Pabrik Penggilingan di wilayah Bengkulu. Permasalahan yang di hadapi PT. CemindoGemilang dalam pengolahan dan pengelolaan data inventory sparepart masih dilakukan secara manual, akibatnya pengolahan data tersebut memakan waktu yang lama. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka diupayakan untuk menerapkan sistem aplikasi khusus untuk pengelolaan data sparepart, yang dapat melakukan penanganan data-data sparepart yang akan diolah ke dalam sebuah pangkalan data (database) serta merancang suatu aplikasi yangdapat membantu kerumitan-kerumitan yang dialami selama ini, dengan harapan informasi yang dibutuhkan dapat berjalan secara cepat dan akurat. Perancangan Aplikasi Inventoryy Spar Part Quarry Menggunakan Borland Delphi dan MySQLterbukti lebih mempermudah pengelolaan inventory sparepart quarry di PT. Cemindo Gemilang

Abstract

Given the importance of education for every human being, as well as one of the steps in alleviating poverty, PKBM Multazam plays an active role in assisting government programs through the implementation of non-formal education and trying to help the illiterate community. Illiteracy is the inability to use language, the inability to read, write, count, listen and speak. This study has a goal to be achieved, namely the introduction of calistung using monopoly game media with a dora explorer approach at PKBM Al Multazam, Cimerak District, Pangandaran Regency. The research method uses descriptive, namely the method used to find the elements, characteristics, properties of a phenomenon, this method begins with collecting data, analyzing data and interpreting it. From the learning activities using monopoly media and the Dora Eksplorer approach, it can be seen clearly on the score list form with very satisfying results. This media and approach has proven to be very effective in using basic literacy groups, it is concluded that using the cooperative learning model of learning will increase the motivation and enthusiasm of learning for learning citizens. Because in this learning model, every learning citizen has the right to express his opinion and race to get the best value. This model is quite effective for developing discipline, interest, cooperation, activeness and responsibility of learning citizens because it explores the abilities of learning citizens individually even though it is carried out in groups. This learning activity is centered on learning citizens both individually and in groups so that they can find their own answers (inquiry).
