Abstract

This research has a purpose to analyze the work modality to increase profitability on PT Psikologi Bagi Bangsa in 2012-2016 period.The research method has been used is descriptive research method with quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques is used here are normality test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression analysis and t-test. Methods of data collection used by means of observation, interviews, literature review, and websites that have a close relevance to the subject matter.From the conducted research, the rise and fall of profit gained is influenced by the amount (up or down) of working capital owned. It was proved by the results of the correlation test showed 0.957, meaning that the two variables in the test have a very close relationship. And obtained by result of linear regression analysis Y = 19260237,545 + 0,105X.The suggestion given by the researcher is the financial staff should be wiser in using the available working capital and more thoroughly in allocating these funds, in order to be used as much as possible to get the maximum profit also for PT Psikologi Bagi Bangsa and anticipate that no use of funds derived from debt to avoid interest expense.

Abstract

This study has a goal to analyze the determination of the selling price of servicer to improve profitability in PT Psikologi Bagi Bangsa Bandung. The research method used is descriptive research method with quantitative approachment. Data analysis techniques used are normality test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression analysis. Methods of data collection used by means of observation, interviews, literature review, and websites that have a close relevance to the subject matter. From the research conducted, it turns out the rise and fall of profit gained is influenced by the large or small selling price owned. It was proved by the results of correlation test conducted showed 0.939 results, meaning that the two variables in the test have a very close relationship. And obtained by result of linear regression analysis Y = 34097301,901 + 49,372X. The suggestion given by the researcher is Selling Price is important decision of company in strategy of increase its sale. It is advisable to the company, in addition to looking at market prices it should also be noted how the operating and investment costs are covered so as to produce a relatively steady and profitable return. Abstract

The research was aimed to know the influence of capital budget realization to total expending at CV Sinar Fajar Prima Bandung. The research method used quantitative method throught descriptive approarch. The data collection used observation, and study literate. The data analysis used perason product moment, linear regration, and coefficient of determination.. The result indicates that there is a statistical correlation between capital budgeting and total expenditure. This is shown by the statistical coefficient test of 99,8, which also proves that there is a strong and positive correlation between the variables. Based on the finding of this research, the regression model is as follow: Y = -4304009+ 0.994x, which means every increase of capital budget will be followed by an increase in total expenditures of 0.994% added by a constants of - -4304009. The findings also resulted in a coefficient of determination of 99.8%, this means that the capital budgeting affects 99.8% of the changes in the total expenditure, while the other 0.2% is affected by other variables. The suggestions given to improve problems are; 1) data input should be conducted carefully; 2) there should be the addition of capital budget; 3) Prepared facility and place for file or documents storage so can be easy to search later.
