Abstract

In general, people have the desire to get a decent life, so they work to meet their needs. Creative home businesses are considered as an alternative solution to increase the added value which in turn can increase welfare. This research was conducted to answer the problem of how a home-based business that utilizes the potential of natural resources in Karanganyar Ngawi Village can improve the family's economy. The intended effort is in the form of innovative chips from banana stems or what is called debog crispy. This research is field research with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The main data for this study were explored through structured interviews with competent informants, namely the head of Karanganyar Village, the head of the PKK, and 13 debog crispy home-based entrepreneurs. The results of this study indicate that the debog crispy innovation home-based business plays a role in increasing family income, especially for mothers in Karanganyar Ngawi Village. From an Islamic economic perspective, this business is carried out properly and does not deviate from Shari'a, and applies the principles of monotheism, mashlahah, and justice.

Abstract

Poverty and economic injustice are classic problems that have never been resolved, especially after the outbreak of Covid-19. The economic burden of low-income communities really needs government assistance in economic recovery. Social assistance in the form of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT), BIP scholarships and educational operational assistance cannot actually solve this problem. The role of private financial institutions, both Islamic banks and non-Islamic banking institutions, has contributed to national economic growth and reduced the poverty rate, which is 16% of the national figure. Islamic finance is an alternative solution to problems in increasing economic growth and increasing the fairness of economic distribution to low-income people. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with the aim of developing strategies for Islamic finance and social justice for the community to provide economic improvements for the community. The location of this research is Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) Nurul Ummah, Ngasem District, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem as an Islamic microfinance institution and the development of Islamic social finance has been proven to empower the community's economy with various achievements. So this research produces the first conclusions about Islamic finance conducted by BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Bojonegoro who have carried out education, empowerment and community economic development through savings and financing methods for members of the BMT cooperative and also community assistance programs, secondly, BMT Nurul Ummah has conducted resource training human resources with the BMT Ngasem Institute program engaged in business training, HR clinics and entrepreneurship training. With this program, BMT Nurul Ummah is a role model for BMT that should be emulated

Abstract

Syari ah banking has become a common reality in Indonesia, including in theProvince of East Java, especially in the city of Ngawi. The business activities of Islamic financial institutions include collecting funds from the public in the form of savings and channeling them to the public in order to improve the standard of living of the common people based on sharia principles. Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Bee Mass Ngawi applies Murabahah and Al-Ijarah financing products, which are applied to microfinance for customers, with the aim that customers can utilize or own this business equipment to support their business activities. This research uses qualitative research, which produces descriptive and written data through information from the people involved in the object, in order to get a systematic picture of the factors and practices of implementing rescheduling, restructuring, and reconditioning as an effort to settle the problematic murabaha financing at the Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Bee Mass Ngawi. Based on the results of field research to answer questions about the implementation of rescheduling, restructuring, and reconditioning as an effort to solve problematic murabahah financing at Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Bee Mass Ngawi, it can be concluded that problematic financing is caused by internal and external factors, and the main factors in this factor are managerial factors. Settlement of rescue in financing restructuring is an effort made by Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil or other financial institutions to help customers settle their obligations based on sharia principles, saving problematic financing by rescheduling, rearranging, reconditioning, and changing the procedural policies of financial institutions.

Abstract

Islam, as a religion of rahmatan lil Alamin, provides guidance to all human beings in various business and economic aspects. Since the time of the Prophet, there have been many business institutions that have provided solutions to the problems of people's lives, one of which is Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT). BMT functioned as treasurer or business barn for Muslims in the past who were able to manage Islamic finance. Apart from BMT, other business institutions in Islam are sharia pawnshops and sharia investments. Islam strongly encourages Muslims to always be diligent in saving or investing, and Islam prohibits wasting money. Because Islam adheres to economic and business justice for the welfare of society, this study aims to look at the functions and roles of business and economics in Islam. Where business institutions are formed at the initiative of Muslims with the aim of eradicating monopolies in trade and distributing business fairly.

Abstract

AbstrakGerakan shalat subuh berjemaah merupakan fenomena keberagamaan masyarakat Indonesia dewasa ini. Melaksanakan shalat bagi umat islam adalah kewajiban sesuai dengan tuntunan Al-quran dan Hadist. Apalagi shalat subuh yang notabene shalat yang paling besar pahalanya jika dilaksanakan secara berjemaah. Namun, pelaksanaan shalat subuh berjemaah menjadi fenomena menarik karena dibumbui dengan aktifitas ekonomi dan gerakan sosial yang mempunyai tujuan politik tertentu.Gerakan Shalat shubuh yang dilaksanakan di Masjid Agung Kabupaten Ngawi misalnya, terdapat beberapa kegiatan sampingan seperti kajian subuh dengan tema tafsir dan hadist Nabi Saw, Sarapan pagi Gratis bagi jemaah, Gerakan berinfaq, sedekah dan cek kesehatan gratis. Corak gerakan semacam ini identik dengan gerakan salah satu ormas Islam yang berpaham fundamentalisme keagamaan di Indonesia. Abstract

Abstrak                Kebijakan fiskal adalah perangkat terpenting dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat dan umat. Negara maju akan menggunakan kebijakan fiskal sebagai instrumen untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penerimaan kas pendapatan negara. Negara akan menerima pendapatan berupa pajak umum, pajak progresif, pajak bea cukai dan pinjaman uang untuk mendistribusikan pendapatan negara kepada masyarakat. Negara Indonesia menurut survey masih tergolong sebagai negara dalam kategori menengah (berkembang) karena pendapatan rakyat Indonesia masih belum 100% atas PDB masyarakat. Untuk menuju negara maju, maka Indonesia harus mengatur fiskal dengan baik, semisal pengeluaran untuk gaji pegawai negeri, pejabat negara dan defisit perdagangan, inflasi. Juga mengatur kebijakan utang luar negeri sebagai instrument pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.                Sejarah Islam  mencatat bahwa umat Islam  pernah maju di masa lalu, yakni pada Rasulullah Saw sampai kepada khulafaur rasyidin. Pada masa Abu Bakar Ashidiq, Islam  telah menerapkan kebijakan fiskal yang relative aman dan adil, karena Abu Bakar menerapkan pendapatan negara melalui pajak umum, zakat, dan hutang sebagai cita-cita mensejahterakan umat Islam. Hal demikian terwujud karena Abu Bakar menjunjung tinggi distribusi zakat dan memberantas orang yang tidak membayar pajak. Semua pendapatan negara dipergunakan untuk kesejahteraan umat Islam . Kas negara (baitul Mal) diperoleh dari pajak umum, pajak progresif, pajak bea cukai, pajak pasar, zakat umat Islam  digunakan sepenuhnya untuk masyarakat muslim.  Kata kunci :   Kebijakan fiskal, Inflasi, Abu Bakar As-shidiq AS

Abstract

AbstrakPersoalan kemiskinan dan ketidak-adilan ekonomi menjadi problem setiap negara  di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Forum ekonomi tingkat dunia G-20 dan World Bank mencatat pada tahun 2018 bahwa negara  miskin di dunia masih mencapai 40 % dari jumlah negara  dunia. Indonesia yang tergabung dalam negara  berkembang pertumbuhan ekonomi hanya tercatat 5,02 % dari jumlah PDB penduduk Indonesia pada tahun 2019. Artinya, Indonesia dikategorikan negara  yang belum sejahtera oleh World Bank, karena jumlah penduduk miskin Indonesia masih di atas angka 10%. Untuk memecahkan kemiskinan dan ketidak-adilan ekonomi, perlu adanya langkah konkrit dan berkelanjutan dalam mensejahterakan rakyatnya. Olaf Corry menegaskan untuk menjadikan negara  sejahtera perlu melibatkan tiga stakeholder yang saling bekerjasama dalam peningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pertama, kebijakan pemerintah dalam jaminan social. Kedua, pelibatan swasta dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi industry, ketiga, pelibatan organisasi nirlaba atau volunteer sosial yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat dalam pembinaan sector ekonomi. Sementara, As-syatibi, tokoh ekonomi islam yang popular dengan maqasid syariah menjelaskan untuk mencapai Negara  sejehtera diperlukan lima aspek dalam kehidupan manusia termasuk manusia Indonesia. Memelihara akal manusia, Jiwa yang shaleh, Agama, Keturunan dan harta. Kelima fase pokok tersebut harus dimiliki oleh setiap warga Negara  Indonesia jika ingin disebut merdeka dan sejehtera secara ekonomi syariah.  Kata kunci : Negara  sejahtera, Maqashid Syariah, ekonomi syariah
