Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kejadian yang terjadi, dan dilakukan dengan melibatkan berbagai metode yang ada berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data terkait fakta mengenai konsep maqoshid syariah yang dilakukan umkm CV.Sabiq dalam melakukan sustanbility bisnisnya didokumentasikan, disajikan dan digambarkan, kemudian ditelaah guna menemukan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dan disusun dalam pernyataan naratif atau deskriptif. CV.Sabiq dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsep maqashid syariah pasca kenaikan BBM masih belum mencapai titik Maqaṣid al-shari’ah al-Shāṭibī. Sebab melalui kegiatan konsumsi dengan skala ḍaruriyat sebagaimana dijelaskan terkait kelima unsur pokok penjagaan (al-kulliyāt al-khamsah) yang seharusnya terwujud dengan baik, secara keseluruhan belum mencapai penjagaan yang semestinya. Umkm tersebut tidak berlebihan hanya sampai pada instrument hajjiniyat meskipun sebenarnya mampu memenuhi semua instrumen akan tetapi memang gaya hidup yang diterapkan memilih gaya hidup memprioritaskan instrument daruriyat dan hajjiniyat. This research was made with the aim of knowing the effect of promotion and transparency of zakat management in Cangkring village on zakat interest partially or simultaneously. As for the background, the researcher is interested in making this thesis based on the results of observations and observations made, where the authors found indications of effectiveness that were not optimal, because many members had side jobs such as being teachers, farmers and so on. The method used is a quantitative method, In this study the data obtained were secondary data and primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of the promotion variable on the interest in zakat while the transparency variable has an influence on the interest in zakat in Cangkring village, From the results of the T (partial) test, promotions get a value of (-1.006), and the transparency variable gets a value of (3.249), which is greater than ttable (1.672). Meanwhile, from the results of the F test (simultaneous) both variables get a value of (5.435) which is greater than ftable (2.540).

This research aims to find out the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in developing morals in class. This research is qualitative research. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of class XII at MAN 2 Lamongan. The data collection method uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Techniques to ensure the validity of the data are analyzed, then the data is analyzed using triangulation and conclusions are drawn.The results of the research can be concluded that: 1) The role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in developing morals in students can be categorized as good in its implementation, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers have implemented exemplary methods, advice and supervision for students. 2) Efforts made by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in developing students' morals, namely: a) Providing guidance to students; b) Always exemplify good behavior such as always saying hello, being polite, courteous, disciplined and c) Providing enthusiasm for learning and teaching an attitude of self-sacrifice. 3) Supporting factors in developing morals in students are: a) Facilities; b) Educators and c) Students are easy to advise. 4) Inhibiting factors in developing students' morals are: a) Students are difficult to advise. b) Poor environment and c) Lack of support from parents.

Parenting strategies to prevent sexual harassment are important to implement in the current era of increasingly developing technology. Likewise, parents need to have parenting strategies to prevent sexual harassment from being applied to their children so as to create a generation of the nation's children with good morals and achievements. This research aims to determine parenting strategies for preventing sexual harassment in Setrohadi Village, Duduk Sampeyan District, Gresik Regency. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research that produces descriptive data in the form of other people's written or spoken words and observable behavior. The techniques used are data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research can be concluded as follows: 1) Parenting Strategy for Preventing Sexual Harassment in Setrohadi Village, Duduk Sampeyan District, Gresik Regency, namely; a) Provide an understanding of religion; b) Openness between parents and children; c) Supervision of technology access; d) Building trust with children; e) Tell children about the risks of sexual abuse. 2) Forms of Prevention Efforts Taken to Avoid Sexual Harassment in Setrohadi Village, Duduk Sampeyan District, Gresik Regency, namely; a) Deepen religious knowledge; b) Increase public awareness of sexual harassment; c) Get used to a healthy lifestyle.

Bullying is one of the serious problems that can have a negative impact on students' psychological and academic development. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) in overcoming bullying in the school environment. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the study are school principals, PAI teachers, and students or students. The results of the study show that PAI teachers have an important role in overcoming bullying through religious and moral approaches. PAI teachers integrate Islamic values in learning, provide advice and guidance, and become role models. In addition, they are active in bullying prevention programs in schools, such as socialization, seminars, and extracurricular activities to increase students' awareness of the negative impact of bullying and how PAI teachers deal with bullying by calling victims and perpetrators for questioning, providing sanctions according to the perpetrator's actions, and sending summons letters to the parents of students involved. For cases of bullying that are very outrageous, teachers record the student's name in the black book.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak verbal abuse terhadap perkembangan sosial siswa SMP Ma’arif Darul Hidayah. Fenomena kekerasan verbal di lingkungan sekolah menjadi perhatian penting karena dapat memengaruhi interaksi sosial, kepercayaan diri, dan pencapaian akademik peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk verbal abuse yang sering dialami siswa meliputi ejekan, cemoohan, hinaan, dan kata-kata kasar baik dari teman sebaya maupun lingkungan sekitar. Dampak yang ditimbulkan beragam, antara lain menurunnya rasa percaya diri, timbulnya rasa takut dalam berinteraksi, kecenderungan menarik diri dari pergaulan, hingga kesulitan dalam membangun komunikasi yang sehat dengan orang lain. Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa sebagian siswa berusaha mengatasi dampak tersebut melalui dukungan guru, bimbingan konseling, serta lingkungan keluarga yang memberikan perhatian lebih. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan bebas dari kekerasan verbal. Upaya preventif dan kuratif perlu ditingkatkan melalui penguatan pendidikan karakter, pemberdayaan guru sebagai teladan, serta pelibatan orang tua dalam pengawasan perilaku siswa. Dengan demikian, diharapkan perkembangan sosial siswa dapat berlangsung secara optimal tanpa hambatan akibat verbal abuse.
