Abstract

After the enactment of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools, now Islamic boarding schools have officially become one of the educational institutions that are recognized for their diplomas, as are other levels of education in general. This makes it a special attraction for people who want their children to get the best education based on religion at Islamic boarding schools, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which is one of the cities of education in Indonesia. Based on the data directory of Islamic boarding schools in 2021/2022 owned by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, there are 319 Islamic boarding schools in the Yogyakarta Region. With this number of Islamic boarding schools, there are still many Islamic boarding schools whose information is not known which makes it difficult for people to get information from these pesantren. Therefore, the author wants to build an android-based application system that can make it easier for people when they want to find information and the location of Islamic boarding schools with the closest routes around them. The author uses the Kotlin programming language to build Android applications, the method used in finding the nearest route and location uses the Haversine Algorithm formula, the Mapbox API is used to determine the route or line traffic, and the testing method uses Black-Box testing. This application will be useful as a medium that can provide information about Islamic boarding schools with the closest route in the special area of Yogyakarta so that the existence of Islamic boarding schools will be known more widely.

Abstract

The development of the internet has been used for various purposes, one of which is in conveying information through the media website. website is the cheapest, effective and efficient promotional media if it can be managed properly. Department of Information Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, University of Nahdaltul Ulama Indonesia has a website as a medium for disseminating information to students, lecturers, staff, and the general public, but it is not optimally used and there are shortcomings such as the appearance of the website that is less attractive and not responsive. Therefore, it is necessary to design a website as a medium of information. This research uses the waterfall method. Making a website information system using the PHP Laravel programming language framework and Javascript with a database using Lite Speed ​​and other supporting software. The result of the research is that a website-based information system has been built that can facilitate students, lecturers, staff and the general public in obtaining information related to activities or activities in Information Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Nahdlatul Ulama University, Indonesia. The website information system as a dynamic source of information will continue to display the latest or updated news related to majors or study programs

Abstract

Sosial media menghasilkan banyak informasi seperti informasi terkait politik, social, budaya, olahraga bahkan pengetahuan. Tidak hanya itu, banyak dari masyarakat yang mengomentari suatu acara dari stasiun televisi tertentu melalui social media. Komentar-komentar tersebut bisa berupa komentar positif atau negative. Disisi lain, statsiun telivisi juga juga membutuhkan hal tersebut guna menjadi dasar dalam merancang suatu acara yang disukai dan bernilai postif oleh masyarakat. Salah satu metode machine learning yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang hal tersebut adalah LSTM (Long Short Term Memory). Tujuan utama pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penggunaan metode LSTM dalam menentukan bentuk dari suatu komentar berupa komentar terhadap acara telivis tersebut, apakah acara tersebut bermuatan sentiment atau sebaliknya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan metode LSTM memperlihatkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 97% dan loss sebesar 12%.
