Abstract

An enough sleep is necessary for physiological, emotional and mental development. The important of knowing and conducting an assessment to assess sleep quality and to find out the causes of sleep disorders so that they could provide the correct intervention according to the needs and problems experienced. The purpose of this literature review is to find out the types of questionnaires that could be used to measure the sleep quallity. The researched method used a literature studied approached with journals as sources, database search by using Scopus, Sciencedirect, and Pubmed. The Eligibility test for selected article used The Jonna Briggs Institute (JBI). The results of searched article, it was found that 5 articles that contained questionnaires that could be used to assess the sleep quality in children, they are the Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ), Children's Sleep Assessment Questionnaire (CSAQ), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI-T), Children's Sleep-Wake Scale (CSWS), Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS), and Sleep Quality Index (SQI). It Found 8 types of questionnaires that could be used to assess sleep quality in children. This literature of study could be used to solve research problems that wanted to know more about the sleep problems in children.

Abstract

Nausea and vomiting is the most common side effect in chemotherapy patients. To reduce nausea and vomiting, non-pharmacological therapy can be using. Acupressure is a treatment with emphasis on certain body points to relieve symptoms of the disease. The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of acupressure therapy on nausea and vomiting in chemotherapy patients. The design of this research is a literature review. Articles were created according to the PRISMA method, using the PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Sage databases. The research questions used the PICO method. The inclusion criteria for this review article were cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, focusing on adult patients, articles with quasy experimental research or RCTs, and articles published from 2012-2022. The included articles were analyzed by JBI critical assessment. 7 articles were included in this study (5 RCT articles and 2 Quasy experiment articles). 6 articles showed that acupressure therapy had an effect on nausea and vomiting of chemotherapy patients while 1 article showed that there was no statistical significance of acupressure therapy on nausea and vomiting of chemotherapy patients. The conclusion is acupressure has been shown to reduce nausea and vomiting in chemotherapy patients.

Abstract

Kanker payudara adalah kanker yang paling umum ditemukan di seluruh dunia, jenis kanker ini juga menjadi penyebab utama kematian akibat kanker pada wanita. Intervensi pada pasien kanker payudara dapat menimbulkan masalah body image pada pasien. Untuk mengurangi masalah body image ini, perlu dilakukan intervensi yang tepat berdasarkan evidence. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari evidence untuk mengetahui efek edukasi terhadap body image pada wanita dengan kanker payudara. Desain penlitian ini adalah literature review yang disusun dengan menggunakan pedoman checklist PRISMA. Menggunakan dua database yaitu ScienceDirect dan PubMed. Dan didapatkan 9 artikel, 6 artikel RCT dan 3 artikel quasi-experimental. Hasilnya, seluruh artikel menunjukkan ada pengaruh intervensi yang diberikan terhadap body image pada wanita dengan kanker payudara. Kesimpulannya, intervensi edukasi, baik secara tatap muka langsung maupaun jarak jauh, memiliki hasil yang positif bagi body image wanita dengan kanker payudara.
