Abstract

The "XYZ" electronic store has used a sales management system for the past three years. The problems faced by the "XYZ" electronic shop within the framework of customer relationship management and information systems whose use can be accepted by customers have not been evaluated to determine the level of satisfaction felt by users with the information system used. Responding to these problems needs to be evaluated, the evaluation is to measure aspects of user satisfaction.The model used to measure user satisfaction is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model with five variables used,namely content variable,accuracy variable,format variable,easy of use variable,and timeliness variable.These results indicate that the variables content, accuracy and timeliness do not have a significant effect on user satisfaction in using a sales Information Management System, and format and easy of use variables have a significant effect on user satisfaction in using a sales SIMKeywords: Information Systems; Sale; User satisfaction; End User Computing SatisfactionAbstrakToko elektronik “XYZ” sudah menggunakan sistem manajemen penjualan dalam kurun waktu Tiga tahun ini. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh toko elektronik “XYZ” dalam kerangka manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan sistem informasi yang penggunaannya dapat diterima oleh pelanggan belum dilakukannya evaluasi untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan user terhadap sistem informasi yang digunakan. Menanggapi permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan evaluasi, untuk mengukur aspek kepuasan pengguna. Model yang digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna menggunakan model End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dengan Lima variabel, yaitu variabel content accuracy, format, easy of use, dan variabel timeliness. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan variabel content, accuracy dan timeliness tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen penjualan, serta untuk variabel format dan easy of use mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan SIM penjualan.Kata kunci: Sistem informasi; Penjualan; Kepuasan pengguna; End User Computing Satisfaction

Abstract

The development of e-commerce lately is very rampant, especially in Indonesia. With so many new business models emerging, making the business world full of variety and also inseparable from competition. A lot of e-commerce is based on a website that makes it easy for consumers and fulfills their needs. The e-commerce website that is the object of this research is shopee.com. The reason for choosing this website is because it is based on the ranking of the most frequently visited e-commerce websites on the iprice.co.id site. To find out the website is frequently visited, one of them is how attractive the interface of the website is to find out the truth, there are many methods used, one of which is the Heuristic Evaluation method. This method is used because this method has indicators that facilitate the analysis process. The results of this study can be seen that the criteria tested based on the Heuristic principle have all received a good response or agreed from the respondents and with these results for further research it can be increased to the maximum value.
