Abstract

Background: HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a type of virus that attacks the human immune system and can cause AIDS. AIDS stands for Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome, which means a collection of symptoms or syndrome due to decreased immunity caused by HIV infection. Purpose: To identify youth's knowledge about HIV/AIDS. Method: The time required from preparation to implementation is approximately 2 weeks. Results: All of the youth who were respondents participated in this activity until it was finished and identified good knowledge of youth about HIV/AIDS. Suggestion: It is hoped that the puskesmas can partner with both public and private schools and Islamic boarding schools to conduct more intensive counseling on how to prevent HIV/AIDS transmission in adolescents.   Pendahuluan: HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) adalah sejenis virus yang menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia dan dapat menimbulkan AIDS. AIDS adalah singkatan dari Accquired  Immuno Deficiency Syndrome, yang berarti kumpulan gejala atau sindroma akibat menurunnya kekebalan tubuh yang disebabkan infeksi virus HIV. Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan remaja tentang HIV/AIDS. Metode: Waktu yang dibutuhkan dari persiapan sampai dengan pelaksanaan kurang lebih adalah 2 minggu. Hasil: Seluruh remaja yang menjadi responden mengikuti kegiatan ini sampai selesai dan teridentifikasi pengetahuan remaja yang baik mengenai HIV/AIDS. Saran: Diharapkan pada pihak puskesmas dapat bermitra dengan sekolah-sekolah baik negeri, swasta maupun pondok pesantren untuk melakukan penyuluhan lebih intensif tentang cara mencegah penularan HIV/AIDS pada remaja.

Abstract

- The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of services in the Karang Dapo State Middle School library. This research is an evaluation research with a qualitative descriptive method. One of the evaluation models that will be used in this study is the discrepancy evaluation model (DEM) or the inequality model. The research subject is the Head of Libraries, Librarians. Data collection techniques interview, observation, and documentation. The results of research on circulation services at the Karang Dapo Public Middle School Library apply member registration services, borrowing and returning books, rules, and making circulation statistics. The results of the assessment with the national library standard found that the reporting and maintenance aspects had been implemented while the collection management aspects had not been implemented in accordance with (SNP). On the results of the evaluation of reference services in the library, the service provides information and provides assistance in searching collections. The implementation of reader services related to facilities and infrastructure applies to aspects of the building, location, storage furniture and other equipment. Meanwhile, those who have not implemented national library standards are in the area aspect, work furniture and media equipment.
