Abstract

Presence system is an important thing in a government institution. With this system, a lecturer or employee will be bound by the rules and responsibilities that must be carried out. Lecturer attendance activities that carry out laboratory practicum activities at UPT labor Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic or PPNP have been available, but it is done on paper or paper based. During the lecturer's attendance recap procedure, the manager or head of UPT Labor considers this circumstance to be challenging and problematic. Furthermore, non-computerized attendance lists slow down reporting to the academic division, causing reporting to become fragmented, less effective, and less efficient. This research used R&D or Research and Development to solve the problem. While the development stage used the waterfall model with stages including: communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment. As a result of this research, the lecturer presence system at UPT Labor has been tested using three types of testing: valid, practical, and effective tests. The validity test obtains an average value of 0.88, which is classified as valid, the product practicality test receives an average value of 0.90, which is classified as very practical criteria, and the effectiveness test obtains an average value of 0.94, which is classified as high effectiveness criteria. The lecturer presence system used in this study provides synergy with accurate attendance data, automatic attendance recap for reporting reasons, and minimizes errors during the recap process. Furthermore, reporting may be completed quickly, effectively, and efficiently.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive economic enterprises that make a very significant contribution to the process of spurring the development of Indonesia's economic growth. On the one hand, the development of information technology is also growing very quickly. Therefore, managing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) businesses by utilizing digital technology is now an important part of increasing the competitiveness of micro ,small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) so that they are able to compete with other industry players. The aim of this research is to design an e-business design that can be used to improve business development performance in order to achieve its competitive targets so that it is able to compete with competitors in Payakumbuh city MSMEs. The framework used to analyze design feasibility tests is the PIECES Framework, which includes performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and services. This method is used to measure the level of satisfaction with using the e-business system in managing MSME businesses in the city of Payakumbuh. The results of this research are in the range 3.4 – 4.91 = satisfied, so the design of the Payakumbuh City MSME e-business application is suitable for implementation in an application form that can be used by Payakumbuh City MSMEs and later used for testing the developed e-business system.

Abstract

Oyster mushroom is a high-value agricultural commodity that is widely cultivated due to its nutritional content and relatively easy cultivation process. However, the success of cultivation is strongly influenced by the stability of temperature and humidity in the mushroom barn. Monitoring environmental conditions that are still carried out manually often causes delays in taking action, thus risking disrupting mushroom growth. This research aims to design and build an Android-based temperature and humidity monitoring application to support the oyster mushroom cultivation process efficiently and automatically. The system is designed by utilizing environmental sensors connected to a microcontroller and an Android application developed using the Kodular platform. This application allows real-time monitoring remotely, so farmers do not need to be present directly at the location. The results of this research are expected to improve farmers' work efficiency, accelerate responses to environmental changes, and encourage the utilization of simple and easy-to-use information technology in the modern agricultural sector.

Abstract

Kopay chili is a local agricultural commodity with high economic value. Manual quality assessment of Kopay chili is still subjective and time-consuming; therefore, a technology-based solution is required. This study develops an information system for detecting the quality of Kopay chili using image processing methods and deep learning based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) implemented in Python. Key image features such as color, texture, and shape are analyzed to support the classification process. The dataset used consists of 2,000 images of Kopay chili categorized into good, medium, and poor quality classes. Experimental results show that the proposed system achieves an accuracy of 94.7% in classifying chili quality. This system provides an efficient and accurate solution for farmers and agribusiness stakeholders in evaluating agricultural product quality.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mendorong sektor transportasi untuk mengadopsi layanan berbasis web demi meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan pengguna. PO SARAH GROUP, sebagai penyedia jasa transportasi antarkota di Sumatera Barat, masih menggunakan sistem pemesanan dan pembayaran tiket secara manual yang rentan kesalahan, tidak efisien, dan menyulitkan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pemesanan serta pembayaran tiket bus berbasis web yang terintegrasi. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Agile dengan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan fitur pemesanan online, pemilihan kursi, integrasi Midtrans, serta e-ticket otomatis. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki proses operasional, meningkatkan layanan kepada pelanggan, serta mendorong transformasi digital di PO SARAH GROUP secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci— Sistem Pemesanan, Pembayaran Online, E-Ticketing, Laravel, Midtrans.ABSTRACT The rapid advancement of digital technology has encouraged the transportation sector to adopt web-based services to improve efficiency and user convenience. PO SARAH GROUP, a provider of intercity transportation services in West Sumatra, still relies on manual ticket booking and payment systems that are prone to errors, inefficient, and inconvenient for customers. This study aims to design and develop a web-based ticket booking and payment information system that is fully integrated. The development process uses the Agile method with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Test results show that the system has a validity level of 71% (categorized as valid) and an effectiveness level of 75% (categorized as effective). The system features online booking, seat selection, Midtrans payment integration, and automatic e-ticket generation. Its implementation is expected to improve operational processes, enhance customer service, and support the sustainable digital transformation of PO SARAH GROUP. Abstract

Abstract: Information technology is a key enabler for improving hospital service quality through accurate records, faster workflows, and reliable reporting. In small-to-medium hospitals, however, digital transformation is often constrained by undocumented IT assets, limited system integration, and uneven governance and data security practices. This community service program aims to map the existing IT condition of RSIA Sayang Ibu Batusangkar as a baseline for quality improvement planning. The activity employed field surveys, direct observation of infrastructure and applications, structured interviews with management and end users, and a short questionnaire to capture user needs and experience. The mapping produced an asset inventory, an application/SIMRS landscape with data flows, usage levels across service units, and key gaps related to integration, availability, information security, backup, and IT human resources. The results provide actionable technical recommendations and a staged follow-up plan to support continuous improvement of maternal and child healthcare services. Keyword: hospital information system, information technology, system mapping, service quality, MCH Hospital Abstrak: Teknologi informasi menjadi fondasi penting untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan rumah sakit melalui ketepatan pencatatan, kecepatan layanan, dan akurasi pelaporan. Namun pada rumah sakit skala kecil/menengah, digitalisasi sering terkendala oleh sistem yang belum terpetakan, integrasi antarmodul yang terbatas, serta tata kelola dan keamanan data yang belum seragam. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memetakan kondisi eksisting sistem teknologi informasi di RSIA Sayang Ibu Batusangkar sebagai baseline perencanaan peningkatan layanan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei lapangan, observasi infrastruktur dan aplikasi, wawancara terstruktur dengan manajemen serta pengguna, dan kuesioner ringkas untuk memotret kebutuhan/pengalaman pengguna. Hasil pemetaan menghasilkan inventaris infrastruktur, peta aplikasi/SIMRS beserta alur data, tingkat pemanfaatan oleh unit layanan, serta identifikasi kesenjangan pada aspek integrasi, ketersediaan layanan, keamanan informasi, backup, dan SDM pengelola. Temuan ini menjadi dasar penyusunan rekomendasi teknis dan rencana tindak lanjut yang terukur guna mendukung peningkatan mutu layanan ibu dan anak. Kata kunci: sistem informasi rumah sakit, teknologi informasi, pemetaan sistem, mutu layanan, RSIA.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an automated sorting system for post-harvest oranges to address subjectivity and the risk of errors caused by human fatigue. The method employed involves developing an automated sorting conveyor prototype based on an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with deep learning technology via a webcam. The continuous ripeness classification process utilizes a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with the MobileNetV2 architecture to categorize the fruit into ripe and half-ripe stages. The detection results are then transmitted serially to the ESP32 to drive the sorting servo in real-time. Based on testing with 50 orange samples, the MobileNetV2 CNN model achieved an accuracy of 90% with an F1-Score of 0.90. The implementation of this system is proven to significantly increase post-harvest productivity by reducing processing time by 63.3% compared to manual methods. Additionally, the data counter feature for the Ripe and Half-Ripe categories operates simultaneously to standardize production output monitoring. This study demonstrates that the integration of MobileNetV2 and ESP32 is effectively applied to a prototype-scale sorting system.

Abstract

Abstract: Instant messaging platforms are frequently involved in cyber incidents, including attacker coordination, credential sharing, and post-compromise extortion. This study develops a digital forensic investigation framework for WhatsApp Web and Telegram to support hacking investigation through artifact mapping, evidence acquisition, and chain of custody management. The method uses a focused literature review, scenario-based investigation design, and comparative analysis of artifacts across browser, operating system, and application layers. The results produce an artifact taxonomy, an acquisition decision matrix covering logical, file-system, and memory approaches, and concise standard operating procedures to preserve evidence integrity, traceability, and reproducibility. The proposed framework can support institutional incident response teams, internal investigators, and digital forensic practitioners in improving evidence quality and investigation effectiveness.   Keywords: Digital Forensics; Whatsapp Web; Telegram; Chain of Custody; Cyber Incident.   Abstrak:  Aplikasi pesan instan sering terlibat dalam insiden keamanan siber, termasuk koordinasi serangan, distribusi kredensial hasil kompromi, dan pemerasan pascainsiden. Penelitian ini mengembangkan kerangka investigasi forensik digital pada WhatsApp Web dan Telegram untuk mendukung hacking investigation melalui pemetaan artefak, akuisisi bukti, dan pengelolaan chain of custody. Metode yang digunakan berupa studi literatur terarah, perancangan skenario investigasi, dan analisis perbandingan artefak pada lapisan browser, sistem operasi, dan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan taksonomi artefak, matriks keputusan akuisisi yang mencakup pendekatan logis, file- system, dan memori, serta prosedur operasional ringkas untuk menjaga integritas, keterlacakan, dan reprodusibilitas bukti. Kerangka yang diusulkan dapat membantu tim respons insiden, penyidik internal, dan praktisi forensik digital dalam meningkatkan kualitas bukti dan efektivitas investigasi.   Kata Kunci: Digital Forensics; Whatsapp Web; Telegram; Chain of Custody; Insiden Siber
