Abstract

ABSTRACTRoad Work development projects Talisayan District Berau is one of the large projects with form uneven ground surface, where the implementation of maturation is dominated by the use of tools weight. Problems that arise in the use of heavy equipment is operating and the combination tool - heavy equipment that is wrong with the condition of the tool. The decline in productivity of the machine is also caused by the condition equipment, operator skill, the cycle time, the type of material, the working conditions, governance and weather conditions.                 So that the required selection and determination of the composition of the right tools so that heavy equipment can be a defender Gov optimally and the work can be completed on time at a cost efficient as possible. This study is the method of calculation of the production capacity of the actual machine. The analysis conducted ie the calculation of productivity calculations each - each machine is used, by determining cycle time tool, determining factor correction tools, persiklus production calculations, hourly production, production per day, the amount of equipment rental price per hour, the cost and time required for the tool works, determine the unit price and the determination of the exact composition of heavy equipment. The magnitude of the productivity of the machine with the most cost and time effective and efficient.Use composition tool alternative to - 3 ie 8 units of excavators 609.6384 m3 / hour, 5 units of bulldozer 571.2079 m3 / hour, 5 units of vibration roller 469.665 m3 / h, 22 units of dump trucks 612.1302 m3 / h, 1 unit motor grader 987.84 m2 / h and 5 units wheel loader 446.135 m3 / h with total cost and total execution time Rp.37.547.895.680 1760 hours or 220 day. Key words:  Equipment, Productivity, Cost, Duration

Abstract

Abstract – The operational road section of PT Mahakam Sumber Jaya is a supporting tool for coal production operational activities located in Separi, Kutai Kartanegara. This study plans the geometric design and thickness of the road pavement. It attempts to review the geometric planning referring to the Bina Marga standards and re-planning using Auto CAD Civil 3D software, which is commonly used in geometric road planning, while the thickness planning of the pavement usually employs component analysis methods; however, I am re-planning using the Manual Pavement Design Method of 2024. The geometric planning of the road includes horizontal and vertical alignments, while the pavement thickness planning includes the detailed planning of rigid pavement structures. From the geometric planning results with a road length of 4.539 km, a pavement width of 2 x 3.5 m, a total of 7 curves, and a thickness of 300 mm concrete with a concrete quality of Fs 4.5 MPa, layers Foundation thickness 150 mm, LPA class A 200 mm, and selected coarse granular embankment 200 mm

Abstract

Roads are essential infrastructure for improving the economy of the community and regional development. Good road infrastructure certainly impacts the progress of an area. As the region develops and the complexity of the district government's tasks increases, which affects the increase in vehicle traffic, new road access is needed to facilitate the mobility of officials. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one of the methods used for decision-making in project feasibility studies. In this study, there are four criteria used, namely 1. Distance 2. Efficiency, and; 3. Spatial Planning Integration and aesthetics. Each of these three criteria is broken down into two sub-criteria. Questionnaires were distributed to two respondents selected proportionally, consisting of one person from the Public Works Department of Mahakam Ulu Regency and one person from the Planning Consultant of PT. TEMA KARYA MANDIRI KSO. The questionnaire results were analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assess four alternative road sections to be selected. Based on the AHP analysis of the main entrance road planning in the office area of Mahakam Ulu Regency, alternative location 1 was chosen with an AHP score of 0.473, which is higher than the other three alternatives. Therefore, alternative location 1 is recommended to proceed to the next study stage (Detail Engineering Design).
