Abstract

Tempe merupakan salah satu makanan budaya Indonesia yang sudah menjadi budaya sejak lama. Tempe memiliki banyak manfaat baik dari segi gizi, kesehatan, ekonomi, dan budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan metode survei dan pengisian kuesioner secara online dan mandiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Agustus sampai September 2022 yang dilakukan secara online. Survei dilakukan secara online dengan total responden 189 orang usia maksimal 30 tahun. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program komputer Microsoft Excel 2019. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan inferensia. Analisis deskriptif dinyatakan dalam bentuk persentase dan rata-rata. Hasil penelitian diperoleh responden paling banyak pada penelitian ini yaitu usia 20-35 tahun (58,20%), perspektif responden mengenai tempe secara umum diantaranya tempe merupakan makanan budaya khas Indonesia (96,83%), bergizi tinggi (98,94%), superfood  (84,66%), harga yang murah dan terjangkau (100%), dapat memberikan dampak ekonomi kepada masyarakat (91,01%). Sebanyak 94,18% responden pernah menggunakan tempe dalam perayaan, sebanyak 96,30% responden mengaku bangga dengan tempe dan 98,41% responden berpendapat bahwa pelestarian budaya tempe perlu untuk dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh disimpulkan bahwa generasi muda memiliki perspektif bahwa tempe merupakan salah satu makanan budaya Indonesia yang memiliki banyak manfaat, dan bangga terhadap tempe.

Abstract

Adolescence is a phase that has the second highest growth rate after early childhood. Adequate adolescent nutritional intake will support good nutritional status. Nutritional status in adolescents is influenced by several factors including socio-economic, food diversity, and food availability. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between food availability and food diversity on the nutritional status of adolescents at SMKN 2 Bekasi City. The research design used a cross-sectional study. Respondents were selected by Cluster Random Sampling with a total of 101 respondents. The test used in this study is the Chi-Square test. The results of this study showed that 13.9% of respondents experienced malnutrition, 66.3% of respondents' families were classified as food insecure and 33.7% of respondents had low food diversity. There is a relationship between the nutritional status of adolescents with food availability and food diversity (p <0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between food availability and food diversity on the nutritional status of the respondents.Keywords— Food Diversity, Availability, Adolescents, Nutritional Status

Abstract

Background: Proper feeding parenting patterns can help ensure that children get balanced and sufficient nutritional intake, which has an impact on good nutritional status.Objectives: This study aims to identify the relationship between parenting patterns and nutritional status in children aged 3-6 years.Methods: The research design used was cross-sectional with chi-square bivariate analysis test. This research was conducted at KB & TK Kupu-kupu Mungil, Bekasi Regency in May 2024. The research subjects were selected randomly using a simple random sampling technique by considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the research, and 80 respondents were obtained. Data were collected using the Child Feeding Questionnaire (CFQ), and anthropometric measurements of children's height and weight.Results: This study showed the results of 66,3% of parents have college, 40% work as private employees, work as private employees. The results showed that 65% of parents have good eating control, and 67,5% of children have normal nutritional status. In terms of food supervision, the majority of parents (66,3%) consistently monitor their children's consumption of sweet foods, and 52,5% often record snack consumption. Most children in the normal nutritional status category are in the good parenting group, namely 44 children (84,6%).Conclusion: Good parenting patterns can have an impact on good nutritional status in children aged 3-6 years.
