Abstract

LSP ABC is an oil and gas certification service company located in the Duren Tiga, Pancoran, South Jakarta. At the beginning of 2020, economic, social and cultural activities began to be disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic. This has an impact on the company, so that the certification application data in 2020 tends to decrease compared to the previous year, 2019. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the company's financial ratios to find out the impact of this pandemic on the company's financial performance. This study aims to determine the company's financial condition using the ratio analysis method and managing business strategies using the SWOT analysis method to determine alternative strategies in determining decisions for the company so that company goals can be achieved. Data collection is done by interview the LSP ABC which is then processed and analyzed, the results obtained in the form of an average liquidity value of 2.874% which was above the company standard of 150%, the average solvency value of 92.6% according to the standard which is under 200%, and a profit of 24%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the company's profits in 2020 decreased when compared to 2019 but the financial condition was in a good condition. Meanwhile, for business strategy analysis using SWOT, LSP ABC is in quadrant II position so it must diversify its business.

Abstract

Project management is important for companies to achieve maximum project success. Thus, the project manager must create a well-planned project to make the company get maximum results through the limited resources in the project. Barriers in project implementation significantly influence the course of any project work. To overcome these problems, structured and well-integrated management is needed. This study aims to find the cause of the delay in project completion time and prevent these causes from recurring in the next project. This study uses qualitative research methods by directly observing the object of research at PT ESA. Primary data was obtained by interview and observation and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the method factor was the main cause of various factors causing delays. It is necessary to make a more realistic schedule and increase employees' ability in terms of engineering needs such as drawing and teaching robots or adding new employees experienced in these fields so that the same mistakes do not happen again.Manajemen proyek penting bagi perusahaan untuk mencapai keberhasilan proyek yang maksimal dalam suatu perusahaan.  Dengan demikian, manajer proyek harus membuat proyek yang terencana dengan baik untuk membuat perusahaan mendapatkan hasil maksimal melalui sumber daya yang ada di dalam proyek. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan proyek memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap jalannya setiap pekerjaan proyek. Untuk menanggulangi permasalahan, diperlukan manajemen yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari penyebab keterlambatan waktu penyelesaian proyek dan mencegah penyebab tersebut terulang pada proyek selanjutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap objek penelitian di PT ESA. Data primer diperoleh secara wawancara dan observasi dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab utama dari berbagai faktor penyebab keterlambatan adalah pada faktor metode. Perlunya dibuatkan penjadwalan yang lebih realistis dan menambah kemampuan karyawan dalam hal kebutuhan engineering seperti drawing dan teaching Robot atau menambah karyawan baru yang berpengalaman di bidang tersebut supaya kesalahan yang sama tidak terulang kembali.
