Abstract

This research was structured to find out and analyze the effectiveness of public services in Demak district, especially in the Demak district government's reporting channel. Along with technological developments, the Demak Regency Communication and Informatics Service (DINKOMINFO) is moving to provide efforts and innovation on issues regarding public services. The program provided is in the form of public services in the form of reports through booths, websites, SMS, social media, and applications to convey public complaints. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a process of document analysis and observation. The information taken comes from a sample involving the people of Demak district. At this stage of the study, an analysis of public knowledge and the effectiveness of the number of users of the complaint report service was used, namely Hallo Demak and the SP4N report application, Demak district. The results of the study obtained the effectiveness of public services in Demak district through SP4N reports that the Demak district had experienced an increase in the range from December 2020 to mid-January 2021 in a period of 1.5 months receiving a total of 212 complaints, but the data was not optimal and uneven. There are still many people who do not know and even use the service. The lack of equality in the form of direct introduction and involving many parties such as students, university students, laborers, village officials, has an effect on ordinary people to participate and feel the benefits of the facilities provided.   Keywords: SPAN; Report; Introduction; Benefits.

Abstract

The background for writing this article is to find out the development of the Modern Samin people in Bapangan Village, Blora Regency. The spirit of urbanization carried out by several people in the Samin Modern community has its own characteristics which are very unique to be studied. The main issues raised in this research article include 1) the existence of the Samin tribe in the modern world; 2) The Spirit of Urbanization of the Samin Community in Sustainable Economic Development. The method used in this study is the mixed method combining normative studies which are strengthened by field studies through interviews with several respondents carrying out the urbanization process. In general, the results obtained are that the urbanization process carried out by several people from the Samin Modern tribe in Bapangan Village has positively impacted economic development in the village of origin. The pattern used by the perpetrators of urbanization by participating in developing the village of origin has an indirect influence, namely changing the pattern of the local community to build village infrastructure like in urban areas and stimulating the community to be more advanced economically. Abstrak           Latar belakang penulisan artikel ini untuk mengetahui perkembangan masyarakat Suku Samin Modern di Desa Bapangan Kabupaten Blora. Spirit urbanisasi yang dilakukan oleh beberapa orang di masyarakat Samin Modern memiliki karakteristik tersendiri yang sangat unik untuk dikaji. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat dalam artikel penelitian ini diantaranya: 1) eksistensi suku samin pada dunia modern; 2) Spirit Urbanisasi Masyarakat Samin Dalam Pembangunan Ekonomi Berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini ialah mix method dengan memadukan kajian secara normative yang diperkuat dengan studi lapangan melalui wawancara kepada beberapa responden yang melakukan proses urbanisasi. Hasil yang diperoleh secara umum proses urbanisasi yang dilakukan oleh bebrapa orang masyarakat suku Samin Modern di Desa Bapangan memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan ekonomi di desa asal. Pola yang dipakai para pelaku urbanisasi dengan ikut membangun desa asal memberikan pengaruh secara tidak langsung yakni merubah pola masyarakat setempat untuk membangun infrastruktur desa seperti diperkotaan dan menstimulus masyarakat untuk lebih maju secara ekonomi.
