One of the clinical pharmacy services is assessment and prescription services. Reviewing and servicing prescriptions is a series of activities in the preparation of drugs (dispensing) which includes acceptance, review of prescriptions, inspection of product availability, preparation of pharmaceutical preparations, drug review, and delivery accompanied by the provision of information. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of waiting times for BPJS and Non BPJS prescription services for outpatients at the pharmacy installation of dr.Murjani Hospital and Pratama Parenggean Hospital. This study used an observational research research design with descriptive analysis in the form of recording prescriptions and waiting times for prescription services. The sample of this study is part of the outpatient prescriptions for BPJS and non BPJS patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria with a total of 100 prescriptions each. The data were analyzed descriptively and statistical test t-test to determine the difference in waiting time for prescription services. The results of this study show that the average waiting time for concoction and non-concoction prescription services, both BPJS and non-BPJS, is 33.29 minutes for concoction recipes and 15.38 minutes for non-concoctions. This is in accordance with the minimum service standards based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. There is a significant difference in the waiting time for concoction and non-concoction recipes with a significance value of 0.000. It can be concluded that the waiting time for BPJS and Non BPJS prescription services for outpatients at the pharmacy installation of dr.Murjani Hospital and Parenggean Pratama Hospital is up to standard. ABSTRAKPelayanan farmasi klinik salah satunya adalah adalah pengkajian dan pelayanan resep. Pengkajian dan pelayanan resep merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan dalam penyiapan obat (dispensing) yang meliputi penerimaan, pengkajian resep, pemeriksaan ketersediaan produk, penyiapan sediaan farmasi, telaah obat, dan penyerahan disertai pemberian informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesesuaian waktu tunggu pelayanan resep BPJS dan Non BPJS pada pasien rawat jalan di instalasi farmasi RSUD dr.Murjani dan Rumah Sakit Pratama Parenggean. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian penelitian observasional dengan analisis deskriptif yaitu berupa pencatatan resep dan waktu tunggu pelayanan resep. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu sebagian dari resep rawat jalan pasien BPJS maupun non BPJS yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dengan jumlah masing-masing 100 resep. Data dianalisa secara deskriptif dan uji statistik t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan waktu tunggu pelayanan resep. Hasil penelitian di instalasi farmasi RSUD dr.Murjani dan Rumah Sakit Pratama Parenggean bahwa rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep racikan dan non racikan baik itu BPJS maupun non BPJS yaitu resep racikan 33,29 menit dan non racikan 15,38 menit. Hal ini telah sesuai standar pelayanan minimal berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam hal waktu tunggu resep racikan dan non racikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa waktu tunggu pelayanan resep BPJS dan Non BPJS pada pasien rawat jalan di instalasi farmasi RSUD dr.Murjani dan Rumah Sakit Pratama Parenggean sudah sesuai standar.
