Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas tentang “Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Audit Delay(Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar Sebagai Anggota LQ45 di BEI Periode 2010-2015)”. Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk menguji apakah faktor ukuran KAP, ukuran perusahaan, tingkat leverage, serta profitabilitas mampu mempengaruhi terjadinya audit delay pada laporan keuangan perusahaan. Penulisan skripsi ini merujuk pada adanya inkonsistensi hasil dari beberapa penelitian dengan judul serupa. Penulisan skripsi ini mengunakan metodologi statistik deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan auditan perusahaan yang tercatatdalam indek LQ45 pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2010 – 2015. Hasil penelitian melalui bantuan olah data statistic menggunakan SPSS versi 23 menunjukkan bahwa ukuran KAP, ukuran perusahaandan tingkat leverage tidak mempengaruhi terjadinya audit delay. Sebaliknya, profitabilitas perusahaan mempengaruhi terjadinya audit delay. Berdasarkan uji simultan, keempat variabel bebas secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel terikat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Operational Cost of Operating Income (ROOP) to Bank Syariah Mandiri The sample in this research is obtained by purposive sampling The criteria of the banks collected in this study are the Financial Statements of the End of the Month of the Month (March, June, September, and December) for the years 2013-2016 and the Final Financial Statements of the Quarterly Months (March, June, and September) for 2017 at Bank Syariah Independent. Result of t test show that CAR variable obtained by regression coefficient equal to -0,753 with significance value equal to 0,463 so that CAR have no effect to ROA. FDR obtained regression coefficient of 1,500 with a significance value of 0.154 so that FDR does not affect the ROA. BOPO obtained regression coefficient of -10.663 with a significance value of 0.000 so that significant effect on ROA. F test results show that CAR, FDR, and BOPO variables simultaneously affect the ROA is indicated with a significance value of less than 0.05 is 0.000. The result of R² test shows that the predictive ability of four independent variables (CAR, FDR, BOPO, ROA) is 96.30%, while the rest of 3.70% is influenced by factors not examined in this research.Keywords:  Financing Deposite Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) dan Return On Asset (ROA)

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explore in depth the literature on the theories and models that underlie ethical investment research. Through a literature review study, the research found 10 journals that are ready to be reviewed. The literature search found several theories and models that underlie ethical investment research. The theories and models include agency theory, Angel and Rivoli model (1997), Heinkel, Krause and Zechner model (2001), Barnea, Heinkel and Krause model (2005) and Hypothesis Model of Ethical Investment and Stock Price Relationship of Derwall, Koedijk and Ter Horst (2011).

Abstract

Village tourism is one of the great potentials in improving the village. The use of online media to increase the promotion of village tourism has been used by pokdarwis to support the increase in village tourism. However, the human resources of Pokdarwis Tridadi members shining brightly Kalurahan Tridadi have not been able to create and manage online media websites properly. It is necessary to conduct a training for pokdarwis members in Kalurahan Tridadi. The purpose of this service is to create a web and provide training and assistance to pokdarwis members to be able to manage website-based tourist content. The participants in this service were as many as 10 pokdarwis members. The method of applying science and technology carried out is in the form of training and assistance in managing website-based tourist content. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding of the potential of tourism villages. Abstrak Pariwisata desa menjadi salah satu potensi besar dalam peningkatan desa. Penggunaan media online untuk meningkatkan promosi wisata desa sudah digunakan oleh pokdarwis untuk menunjang peningkatan pariwisata desa. Namun SDM anggota Pokdarwis Tridadi Bersinar Terang Kalurahan Tridadi belum dapat membuat dan mengelola media online website dengan baik. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan sebuah pelatihan bagi anggota pokdarwis di Kalurahan Tridadi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk membuat web dan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap anggota pokdarwis untuk dapat mengelola konten wisata berbasis website. Peserta dalam pengabdian ini adalah sebanyak 10 anggota pokdarwis. Metode penerapan ipteks yang dilakukan adalah berbentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan konten wisata berbasis website. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan ini akan dilakukan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab dan tentu saja praktek secara langsung. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan dengan melibatkan 10 peserta. Hasil Kegiatan menunjukan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman tentang potensi desa wisata.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik perusahaan berupa profitabilitas, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan dan resiko bisnis terhadap kepemilikan pemegang saham institusi (IO). Karakteristik perusahaan tersebut diukur baik dengan dengan rasio data akuntansi maupun rasio data saham. Profitabilitas diukur dengan ROI dan Market adjusted buy-and-hold stock returns/BHAR (AnnRet). Likuiditas diukur dengan CR dan Average Monthly Trading Volume Relative to Total Shares Outstanding (TV). Ukuran perusahaan diukur dengan Total Assets dan The Market Value of Equity Rasio (LMV). Risiko bisnis diukur dengan DAR, Beta saham dan Standard Deviations of The Market Model Residuals of Stock Returns/Irisk. Dengan teknik purposive. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menemukan profitabilitas yang diukur dengan rasio ROE dan AnnRet berpengaruh positif terhadap kepemilikan IO, likuiditas yang diukur dengan rasio CR dan TV tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepemilikan IO, ukuran perusahaan yang diukur dengan LMV berpengaruh positif terhadap kepemilikan IO, sedangkan yang diukur dengan Total Aset tidak berpengaruh, risiko bisnis yang diukur dengan DAR, Beta dan Irisk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepemilikan IO.

Abstract

The development of electric vehicles (EV) as part of the transformation of the global transportation system offers a strategic solution to support economic sustainability and environmental preservation. This study aims to analyze the impact of EVs on infrastructure and develop sustainable solutions through a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of the study indicate that EV adoption can significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve urban air quality, and support energy efficiency. In addition, the development of the EV industry drives economic growth through job creation and utilization of local resources, especially in the context of implementing the Domestic Component Level (TKDN). However, the success of the transition to an electric-based transportation system is highly dependent on the readiness of the charging infrastructure, policy consistency, and public awareness. This study recommends cross-sector collaboration in developing an EV ecosystem, accelerating the downstreaming of the battery industry, and integrating renewable energy transitions to maximize the positive impact of EVs on sustainable development in Indonesia.
