Abstract

In order to increase the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and at the same time develop policies in the field of social protection, the Indonesian government in 2007 issued the Family Hope Program (PKH). The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program that provides cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM). In return, the RTSM is required to meet the requirements related to efforts to improve the quality of human resources (HR), namely education and health. The main objective of PKH is to reduce poverty and improve the quality of human resources, especially for the poor. This goal is also an effort to accelerate the achievement of the MDGs targets. Specifically, the objectives of PKH consist of: Improving the socio-economic conditions of RTSM, Improving the education level of RTSM children and Improving the health and nutritional status of pregnant women, postpartum mothers and children under 6 years of RTSM.

Abstract

In line with the rapid increase in e-commerce transactions, digital payment transactions have also increased rapidly, which is reflected in the volume of use of electronic money in e-commerce transactions. The increase in volume caused the share of use of electronic money in e-commerce transactions in the fourth quarter of 2020 to reach 41.71%, far exceeding the share of using bank transfer and cash methods which only reached around 20.23% and 19.01%, respectively.

Abstract

In the implementation of the practice of debt receivables from used clothes in sacks paid with grain. In the perspective of Islamic law in Sumber Harapan Village, Sekajau Subdistrict, it can be said that the practice is not in accordance with Islamic law because there is one condition that has not been fulfilled, namely, Ijab qabul because the agreement is only on the part of the giver. debt. Meanwhile, other conditions have been met, including: the person giving the debt is the customer who always buys in sacks. while the object or item owed is in the form of used clothes (Lelong) that have been damaged and are sometimes far from being suitable for resale.
