Abstract

Sekarwangi Regional General Hospital, Sukabumi Regency changed its status from SKPD/OPD to Regional Public Service Agency for Sekarwangi Hospital since January 1, 2010, The implementation of the policy is expected to improve health services. The backgroundof the implementation of BLUD policies is that the division of labor in services is not yet optimal, the details of costs in the Budget Business Plan are not yet complete, RSUD employees do not understand the pattern of professional BLUD management. The work orientation of employees does not reflect the pattern of BLUD management. Therefore, this study describes the effect of BLUD policy implementation on the effectiveness of services in outpatient installations. This study took a sample of 98 people with descriptive and quantitative/correlation data analysis techniques. Correlation analysis of variable (X) with variable (Y) using SPSS 13 For Windows. The two research variables are strongly correlated, the analysis above proves that the significance figure can be known, the total correlation coefficient is 0.581 (medium/sufficient level). The results of the study stated: There is a positive and significant effect between the implementation of policies regarding regional public service agencies on the effectiveness of services in outpatient installations at Sekarwangi Hospital, Sukabumi Regency

Abstract

Based on the results of observations , the researcher was interested to   researching because there were several problems, such as insufficient resources, seen from the unavailability of relocation and the lack of number of policy implementing officers, lack of understanding and awareness of the rules. The research used a qualitative approach and descriptive method, using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. The research location is in Cibadak Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency. The subjects of the study were 4 (four) people, namely the Cibadak Village Head, the Public Order and Peace Section, and the street vendors consisting of 2 (two) people. Data collection techniques are in the form of participatory observation and in-depth interviews as well as collecting other data relevant to in-depth research. The results show that the parameters and policy objectives are clear, the resources are not adequate, the characteristics of the implementing agents are not optimal, the attitudes or dispositions of the implementers are not optimal, communication between organizations is good, the economic, social and political environment is not yet supportive. The Government trying to overcome obstacles in the process of Implementing the Policy for Controlling Street Vendors in the Cibadak Village by giving regular appeals to street vendors to be orderly, and efforts to provide relocation land.

Abstract

Digital Population Identity (IKD) is electronic information used to represent Population Documents and return data in digital applications via devices that display Personal Data as the identity in question. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) Policy at the Sukabumi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The theory used in this research is: Interests influenced by the existence of the program, type of benefits to be generated, scope of desired change, position of decision maker, program implementer, and resources provided. (Grindle in Anggara (2018:255))This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through participatory and active observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation using notebooks, cameras and recordings. Validate the information data that has been collected by testing credibility through triangulation (technique, source and time) and analysis using reduction techniques, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Setting Informants used purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods, there were 5 informants in this study, namely: 1 Service Secretary, 1 Head of Division, 1 Service, 2 Community. The results of this research, seen from the aspect of interests influenced by the program, are appropriate, seen from the aspect of the types of benefits that will be produced are quite appropriate, seen from the aspect that the range of changes desired is quite optimal. seen from the aspect that the position of the decision maker is not adequate, seen from the aspect that the program implementer is not optimal, and seen from the aspect that the resources provided are quite adequate.

Abstract

Student Community Service Program (KKM) is a manifestation of the Tridharma Higher Education in the field of community service. Student Community Service Program is designed to enhance the skills of students in dealing with real-world job opportunities. In Indonesia, KKM has become one of the manifestations of the Tridharma Higher Education that are popular and effective in improving the quality of life for the community. The objective of this study is to evaluate the synergy between the program in enhancing the quality of life for the community. This study aims to explain how the program can be integrated with existing education, economics, and institutional systems, and contribute to the improvement of community quality of life. This study employs a case study approach using a multisectoral perspective in the fields of education, economics, and institutions in Desa Pasiripis, Sukabumi Regency. Datawas collected through interviews, observations, and data analysis to evaluate the synergy between program KKM in enhancing the quality of life for the community. The results of this study indicate that the synergy between Student Community ServiceProgram (KKM) has influenced the level of awareness among the community about the importance of education, economics, and institutions. Additionally, students who  participate in Student Community Service Program (KKM) also exhibit an improvementin their skills to handle real-world job opportunities and enhance their quality of life. This study shows that the synergy between the Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa program can be a significant factor in improving the quality of life for the community. Therefore, emphasis should be placed on implementing effective and efficient program to achieve the desired objectives. The study also indicates that a multisectoral approach can be aneffective strategy in enhancing the synergy between the program
