Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effects of human resources management (HRM) practices on corporate social responsibility in Zabol University of Medical Sciences. The independent variable in this study is the practices of human resources management. Human resources management focuses on policies, procedures and systems that affect the behaviour, thoughts and actions of employees. Dependent variable of this study is the organizational performance. The organizational performance is defined as the manner of performing tasks and activities and the results of them. The social responsibility is the mediator variable of this study. Social responsibility is defined as tasks and obligations that the organization must do to protect and help the society in which it works. The hypotheses of this research are based on the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable with respect to the role of mediator variable. The statistical population of this study is the headquarters of Zabol University of Medical Sciences. The minimum sample size according to Cochran’s formula is estimated to be 102 people that have been selected by simple random sampling. The findings of this study have approved all primary and secondary hypotheses of research and show that the human resources management practices has a significant impact on the organizational performance through social responsibility.Keywords: Human resources management (HRM) practices, Corporate social responsibility (CSR), Organizational performance

Abstract

Theory of servant leader is among theories that is developing and has influenced on form and style of leadership in present century. Greenleaf believes that servant leadership is based on philosophy of being servant first. Servant leaders are those mainly focus on serving other people’s highest priority needs and on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong. So the aim of this research, is reviewing Effects of components of servant leadership on social responsibility of employees of Agricultural Bank of Sistan. Methodology of present research is applicable regarding its aim, descriptive regarding its nature and qualitative in terms of execution method. In this research in order to gather theoretical principles, library study is used.  In order to gather statistical information for research assumption, field research and search in statistical society are used. To gather information, first servant leadership and social responsibility questionnaire is prepared by interviewing experts, elites and professors, then distributed among statistical population and analyzed by SPSS software. Statistical population of this research includes 96 people of all employees of Agricultural Bank of Sistan. To determine sample population, 96 people were selected.  Sampling method is simple random. To review and analyze data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. At inferential level, linear regression test and step by step were used to show effects servant leadership and its components on social responsibility of employees. Results indicate that servant leadership and its components have meaningful effects on social responsibility of employees. Keywords: Leadership, Servant leadership, Social responsibility, Agricultural Bank.

Abstract

Efforts to improve human resource Responsibility and efficient use of human resources infinite, timeless way. In this way, ups and downs, one of the goals of efficiency, increase the desirability of life with all its dimensions. In this study, researchers are sought to The Effect of the Managers’ Good Manners on Enhancing the Social Responsibility of the Staff from Agriculture Banks in Sistan and Baluchistan. The research is descriptive and correlational. The target population included 419 Staff from Agriculture Banks in Sistan and Baluchistan. That uses Morgan table, 201 individuals were selected as sample. Library and field data collection for studies of Managers’ Good Manners questionnaire that standard questionnaire [1] and Social Responsibility questionnaire is self-made. Its validity and reliability have been approved. For data analysis using SPSS software, descriptive and inferential analysis (linear regression) is used. The results show that the Managers’ Good Manners and its components have an impact on Social Responsibility.

Abstract

Staff ability is not used efficiently in most organizations and managers are not able to get their potential capacities. The aim of this study is to investigate the role of the staff agility and the role of empowerment in their improvement. The study is practical according to purpose and is descriptive survey based on the method of gathering data. To collect theoretical foundations and history in this study, the library studies, articles and academic journals have been used. Also field research and search in statistical population were used to collect statistical information to test research hypotheses. A psychological empowerment questionnaire (Spreitzer) and organizational agility (Zhang and Sharifi) have been used to collect information in this study. The statistical population consists of all the employees of the Social Security Organization in Zabol. The sample size was selected using Morgan table. SPSS software was used for data analysis. Descriptive tests of frequency, mean and standard deviation are used for demographic variables and key variables and also inferential tests such as Pearson correlation, and stepwise linear regression and Friedman test have been used to rank the components of psychological empowerment. Data results indicate that there is a significant relationship between the components of psychological empowerment and staff organizational agility.Keywords: organizational agility, Psychological empowerment, Social security organization, Staff, Organization
