Abstract

The photo catalytic degradation of Cristal Violet   dye (CV) has been investigated under UV irradiation in aqueous suspension of zinc dioxide under a variety of conditions. The degradation was studied by monitoring the change in dye concentration using UV spectroscopic technique. The effects of key operation parameters such as initial dye concentration, catalyst loading, as well as light intensity on the decolonization extents were studied. And found The initial increase in rate of dye degradation with increase in amount of catalyst is due to increase in number of active sites on the surface of photo catalyst  the rate of photo catalytic degradation and photo degradation efficiency increased with increasing is increasing with increasing UV light intensity. Keywords: Photcatalytic; Cristal Violet dye, zinc oxide

Abstract

Abstract In this work treatment of paraquat dichloride herbicide in wastewater using TiO2 nanoparticle as catalyst has been investigated.  Different parameters also investigated such as the effect of catalyst loading, the influence of initial dye concentration, and the effect of intensity of light in order to reach to the optimum operational conditions in which the best treated  of  paraquat dichloride herpicide. The highest removal efficiency of paraquat dichloride herbicide was indicated at 0.17 gm/100cm3 mass of aluminum oxide and 100 ppm of paraquat dichloride herbicide. photocatalytic degradation of paraquat dichloride herbicide was favorable in the 7.33 mW/cm2 light intensity. The percentage efficiency of removal paraquat dichloride herbicide equal 94. 77 %.Keywords: TiO2 nanoparticle, Paraquat dichloride herbicide, Photoefficiency.

Abstract

Zinc oxide nanoparticles have received likely attention due to their immense uses. For such purpose, the improvement of innovative and biological methods is in significant request for raising these materials in industrial field. This document describes a unique way for the biosynthesis of ZnO nanoparticles using abacillus subtilis. The morphology structure and stability of the synthesized ZnO nanoparticles were studied using XRD, FTIR, FE-SEM and TEM. The results showed that the synthesized nanoparticles are stable, hexagonal phase, spherical with extreme particles in size range within 7–19 nm in diameter and has antibacterial activity against MDR bacteria from different sources. Keywords: Eco friendly Synthesis.

Abstract

Background, The other infections of patient in the hospitals may be occur resulting   from high drug résistance bacteria and causes mortality. The study have been aimed to investigate the antibacterial activity of aqueous extract Borago officinalis L., Cydonia oblonga., Matricaria chamomilla against most prevalence pathogenic bacteria. Methods; the aqueous extract  Borago officinalis L., Cydonia oblonga., Matricaria chamomilla were used to investigate the antibacterial activity pathogenic bacteria by Agar well diffusion method. Result; the Result showed that the crude of all plants extract have potential antibacterial activity. Conclusion; Based on the results it can be concluded that plants extract can inhibit bacterial colonization and adherence to upper respiratory tract infection, and provide production against different human pathogens and this may have clinical relevance.Keyword: Borago officinalis L, Cydonia oblonga, Matricaria chamomilla, Pathogenic bacteria.

Abstract

Biological synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Bacillus subtilis was examined and reported. The quick reduction of silver (Ag+) ions was checked using UV-visible spectrophotometers and showed formation of silver nanoparticles within 1 hr. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) investigation presented that the synthesized silver nanoparticle are 39.6 nm and has spherical shape. Additional the XRD analysis approves the Nano crystalline phase of silver with FCC crystal structure. Keywords: Nanoparticles; Silver; Bacillus subtilis.
