Abstract

The current research dealt with the importance of performance in teaching physical education and sports sciences to what the university education institutions consider the highest educational summit in all countries of the world, and this is especially important because it is considered the highest educational and educational value in the pyramid of learning from kindergartens to university education. The current research problem is highlighted in the availability of quality standards in the teaching of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The aim of this research is to determine the list of criteria for evaluating the performance of the Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The researchers used the descriptive approach as the most suitable for the study in the light of the research objectives. The results reached recommendations such as raising the level of training by the university or college by engaging them in courses and development programs for teaching performance. And the need to adopt the section of the comprehensive quality standards for all subjects. And the establishment of awards and rewarding encouragement for teachers outstanding and distinguished in the development of their performance in the light of quality standards and university accreditation.Keywords: Evaluation study, Physical education, Teaching tasks and Edward Deming's standards.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the availability of the administrative possibilities of academic institutions, sports and their correlation with the wishes and preferences of students, the sample included current research (367) students were chosen randomly stratified where they were taking the sample from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science for the academic year (2017/2018), where the researchers developed a questionnaire consisting of (3) areas and (20) is distributed when the sample data analysis was used arithmetic averages and standard deviations using the bag statistical (SPSS). The most important results of the research, most sports establishments in the department of physical education and sports sciences neglected, as well as there is no supervisor for every sport activity of the programs of sports in the department of physical education and Sports sciences. There is no fitness related to health because of the lack of sports activities in the department of physical education and sports sciences, and the most important recommendations: The head of the department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences must provide all possibilities for students to exercise sports activities, and must provide supervisors of various activities for students in all disciplines and sports activities, and provide effective administrative possibilities through interest in the institutions of the department of physical education and mathematical sciences.Keywords: Administrative possibilities, Sports tendencies and practicing sports.

Abstract

The objective of current research is to identify to identify the reality of strategic planning in the faculties and departments of physical education and sport sciences according to the model (Pfeiffer) from the point of view of decision-makers. The research sample included as deans of faculties and heads of departments of physical education in Iraq has been a period of study from 04/03/2017 until 30/05/2017 was used descriptive and analytical approach to address statistical data. The researchers recommended that strategic planning contribute to the success of the college or the department and its development through the interest in choosing decision makers to fill sensitive administrative positions. And the adoption of the results of scientific research and studies that dealt with the subject of strategic planning as a key source for the development of the institution, and activates communication and a lot of it between the leaders and workers to build more bridges of trust between them, through meetings and seminars held continuously.Keywords: Strategic planning, Physical education and Pfeiffer model.
