Abstract

Varicella zoster virus (VZV) is a member of the eight known herpes virus that infect humans. VZV infection is specific to humans. It causes chickenpox (varicella), the most common disease affecting children, adolescents, young adults and herpes-scale (shingles) in the elderly; shingles are rare in children. In direct immune flourescens assay for determination of antibodies IgG/IgM against varicella Zoster virus in the samples collected from patient serum show 98%positive result. The patients groups, had greater levels of SOD in contrast with control groups result at significant differences (P≤ 0.05) .Conclusion these results suggest that severity infection within vortesella zoster virus causes high level of sod. Keywords: Antitoxidant, Immuno flourescens, Zoster, varicella, Oxidative.

Twenty sera was collected from healthy person used as control group.  The diagnosis of viral infectionwas achieved by dermatologist (specialist) and by using IgG anti HPV ELISA kit to detect papilloma virus in human serum, and ELISA testwas used to evaluate the level of CD4 and CD8 at patient with genital warts. The result demonstrates that:- 99% of samples dedicate positive for IgG anti HPV. Immunological study revealed that  :- decrease the ratio of CD4/CD8 at patient with genital wart( ratioCD4/CD8:-0.1), decrease in CD4 level at patient infected with genital warts compared with control group .CD8 increased at patient with genital warts compared with control group. There is significant differences between patient and control group, p value ≤ 0 .05.Keywords: HPV, Genital wart, CD4, CD8, Koliocyte.

Abstract

Verruca vulgaris and verruca planathey are benign growth  caused by human papilloma virus.Thirty six sample (biopsy, blood serum) collated from patient infected with Verruca  vulgaris  and Verruca  plana whom visit marjan hospital , twenty  blood sample collected from healthy individual person serve as control group .The diagnosis of infection  and the immunological study were  done by using ELISA test ,IgG to HPV and fasligand level (FASL) at blood serum of patient. The result reveled that: histological study for two types of wart show a distinct feature such as the presence of kilobyte in the tissue infected with hpv. There were a significant Mean Differences of FSAL Concentration by wart’s location at the hand 44.4% with Mean± SD of FASL [78.43± 12.46], presence of previous wart Mean± SD of FASL [84.22± 12.51]    and type of warts such as common wart 47.2% withMean± SD of FASL[87.47±11.84]. There was high significant Mean Difference of FSAL and IgG Concentration between patient and control group, (p value ≤ 0.05 is significant).Keywords:-HPV, FASL, IgG, Verruca vulgarus, Apoptosis, Wart.
