Abstract

The current era's organizations confront with numerous issues and challenges such as quick, instantaneous and unpredictable changes, special orders and different tastes of customers. Therefore organizations have taken different forms and will embark on the changes to survive and preserve their positions. Examining the literature of reengineering and organizational innovation, explanation of the relation between organizing and reengineering of organizational innovation approach as the main target and in addition auxiliary targets such as explanation of the relation between the fivefold dimensions of reengineering of organizational innovation improvement and explanation of the relation of each of these dimensions with the threefold dimensions of organizational innovation are examined in this study. The method of the research is descriptive and of correlation type. The statistical society of the research is all the staff of Melli bank of Zabol. In order to determine the sample volume, Morgan table was used. Collected data are analyzed using the standard questionnaires of reengineering and organizational innovation, statistical test and SPSS software. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by professors and experts and their reliability was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha. The results obtained from the tests and research tool indicate a meaningful relation between the two variables. The main hypothesis stating that implementation of reengineering approach and organizational innovation improvement have a meaningful relation with each other was confirmed with a correlation coefficient of 0.961 and an error of less than 0.05 together with auxiliary hypotheses. Abstract

Nowadays, increasing the efficiency of organizations depends upon the enhancement of efficiency of human resources. Eenhancing the efficiency of human resources in order to do things successfully, also depends on training, expansion of knowledge and skill as well as developing desirable behaviors. This study aimed at investigating the impact of training programs of development plan and promotion on the improvement of employees’ effectiveness. Participant s of the study includes 550 of the personnel of Zabol University of Medical Sciences. A researcher-made questionnaire was used as the research instrument which was designed based on Likert model. It is to be mentioned that the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by expert supervisors and reliability was examined and approved through applying Cronbach alfa. Data analysis was done through applying SPSS, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson simple and multiple regression along with descriptive methods to test research variables. The results of the study indicated that training programs of development plan and promotion have significant impact on the improvement of employees’ effectiveness and its components such as job identifying, responsibility, management ability, and improvement of mutual relations.Keywords:  Effectiveness, Job identifying, Employees’ responsibility, Management ability, Improvement of mutual relations.

Abstract

Servant leadership with the impact on the Organizational effectiveness is one of the factors that affect the efficiency and effectiveness, which are considered the most important goals of an organization and it should be taken a step to be strengthened. So, the aim of this research is explaining the impact of servant leadership components on the Organizational effectiveness of staffs of Zabol University. Since the purpose of this research is explaining the impact of the servant leadership components on the Organizational effectiveness of staffs. In terms of goal is applied research, based on the descriptive nature, that is kind of correlation and in terms of procedure is quantitative. The statistical population of this research consists of all staffs of the Zabol University, which are 305 individuals. To determine the sample size by using the method of Morgan table, 169 individuals have chosen and the method of sampling for this study is simple random. In this research, in order to collect theoretical basics and background, it has been used the library studies and articles and academic journals. As well as collecting statistical data in order to test the hypothesis of the research, it has been used field method and questionnaire, that their validity and reliability have been approved. In this study, after gathering the questionnaires, the data file will be formed in SPSS software and according to the number of variables and the type of study as well as the relationships between variables were by using the tables of frequency, diversity indices of bar graphs, the histogram used both descriptive and inferential statistics. In the level of inferential statistics has been used linear regression test and step by step to show the impact of the servant leadership and its components on the Organizational effectiveness of the staffs. The findings of the research showed that the servant leadership and its components of the productivity of staffs of Medical Science University have a significant impact.Keywords: servant leadership, productivity, staffs, Medical Science University
