Abstract

There is no doubt that the professional performance of the teachers of physical education is the basis of their work, which is linked to their scientific specialization, and to the ability of the teacher and the school to perform their official duties and responsibilities, the extent to which they succeed in fulfilling their educational and scientific message to our children, namely the creation of education Psychologically, mentally, physically and socially balanced, the functional performance of a teacher and the school of Physical Education is the cornerstone and basis of the process of education and instilling the values, principles and good qualities of studentsThe Objectives of ResearchPreparation of the functional performance measures to identify the level of physical education teachers in the governorate of Najaf.Preparation of a decision-making scale by teachers of physical education in the Governorate of Najaf.To identify the nature of the relationship between the performance and decision-making of the teachers of physical education in the Governorate of Najaf.The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method and in the relational relationships method to see the relationship between variables and predictive studies. The research community is a teacher of male and female physical education in secondary, middle, intermediate and vocational schools in the governorate of Najaf, where there are 363 teachers and schools distributed to (310) schools for the 2016-2017 school year.In the light of the findings of the researcher, he concluded that:Research capabilities (functional and decision-making scale) in the measurement of search variables.Teachers of physical education in Najaf Governorate enjoy a positive level of performance and decision-making.There is a positive correlation between the research variables, the functional performance and the decision-making factors of the teachers of physical education in the Governorate of Najaf.Keywords: Job performance, Decision-making and physical education.

Abstract

Students' responses to rapid and changing situations need to be swift, predictable, well-behaved, and control over different attitudes in the course of a lesson, based mainly on higher mental processes (such as attention, perception, perception, thinking and sense). The objective of the search is to learn about the correlation between the constant attention and the anxiety of the case for the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for the academic year 2017-2018. The researchers use the descriptive method in the relational relationships to fit and the nature of the search procedures. the research community is the fourth-stage students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences/University of Babylon, of which there are 120 students, while the research sample was the fourth phase students of the (60) divisions (C,D), who were randomly selected from the research community. Through the collection of data and the results obtained, researchers have reached the following conclusions:Students owning a moderate level of attention and anxiety caseHaving a significant correlation between the anxiety of the case and the attention of the research sample.Keywords: Constant attention, Case anxiety and Sports Sciences.
