Abstract

The objective of the research is to prepare a training program to develop the endurance of the strength, as well as to know the effect of this program on the enzyme SGOT and the level of performance of some skills in the basketball youth. The study sample consisted of (12) players, selected from the total community of (14) players, has been excluded (2) player for the purpose of conducting the exploratory experiment, and the experimental method was used to suit the nature of the research procedures. After the tests were carried out and the application of the training program was carried out the post-test to obtain the results through which the most important conclusions were reached. The researchers concluded that there was a significant effect of the training curriculum in the development of strength endurance of the muscles of the arms, increased rates of SGOT enzyme, and the emergence of a significant development in the level of performance of offensive youth composite basketball skills.Keywords: Endurance strength, Enzyme (SGOT), Complex offensive skills and basketball.

Abstract

The importance of the research is that its results may reveal the development of motor abilities and support learning the offensive skills of basketball in the first stage students through the use of more than one method in the educational unit, as well as determining the importance of research in the need to study and research in the development and teaching of offensive skills basketball Because the game has a variety of skills, and the study aimed to identify the relationship between emotional arousal and enzyme (LDH) through some variables related to basketball students. Laboratory tests were conducted on a sample of 34 female students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science for Girls at the University of Kufa. After obtaining the results, they were treated statistically and presented in tables. The results were reached, which is the high level of emotional arousal in individuals the study sample is the result of their psychological effect. Decreased enzyme activity (LDH) due to high level of emotional arousal was inversely associated with the resulting slow work and sending of instructions. Abstract

The importance of research is reflected in the fact that it helps to detect the effect of aerobics and to know its efficacy with antioxidants that work to get rid of the free radicals causing fatigue to young basketball players. Researchers used the experimental approach to fit the nature of the problem on the players of the Sports Solidarity Club youth basketball season (2017-2018) (13), the comprehensive survey method was adopted in the selection of the sample and three players were identified for the purpose of conducting the exploratory experiment, reaching The final number of members of the main sample is (10) players. Through a gathering of data, most importantly, the exercises used, which were specialized exercises in the type of skill and complex exercises and skilled exercises for the speed of performance contributed to the development of some of the basic skills of basketball, for both the jump and high pituitary and chest handling and defensive movement, there was a direct impact of the effort in the proportions of salts in the body due to exposure to effort bodily led to fluid loss.Keywords: Physiological variables, Basic skills and basketball.
