Abstract

The study included a number of axes that concentrated on selecting the exercises used in the educational process by the physical education professors and mixing them using wires and plastic nets. These methods help achieving the goals of the educational exercises. The educational exercises included all the technical stages of the Javelin, and have simultaneously concentrated on its difficult aspects, since some of the stages require more than spears and medical balls, but rather tools that help the students learn the initial applications from holding the javelin to the release step, and help the students be precise with the track of the spear through the movement of the plastic, spear-like sticks in certain measurements through parallel-fixed wires, and curved-fixed as well. These tracks well help the students focus on how to perform in the technical stages without much thinking about carrying the tools or the gravity, and concentrate on struggling with steering the spear while running. After mastering the fixed tracks, the Javelin is now performed on the plastic nets. Then, the students do the Javelin using the legal tools on the legal field. The educational exercises along the helping tools were applied on the experiment group for four weeks, an average of two educational units per week. Then it was compared with the original group, and as the statistics show, the experimental group has exceeded the original group. Keywords: Educational exercises, Educational tools, Kinetic variables, Learning to perform.

Abstract

The study included a number of axes that concentrated on using the sponges in the learning process as supportive means towards learning this particular skill which is considered rather difficult. A certain type of sponges where used to learn each stage of this skill. These types were different in shape and size, considering the height and potential of the individual sample, in order to help the learners master this skill in the best way possible. The learning group was given a 4-weeks course to learn the front-hand somersault using these supportive techniques, two credits a week. After 4 weeks, the result of each group was collected and compared (The original and the experimental group). The statistical results showed that the experimental surpassed the original one. Keywords: Sponge Pieces, Physiological Motion, Kinematics Variables, Performance Learning.

Abstract

The research focused on several axes focused on these axes to know the impact of resistance exercises using the aids with doses of vitamin D3 to develop the skill of beating overwhelming volleyball and try to reach the best achievement, as the use of different aids shapes and sizes, taking into account differences in lengths and abilities for sample members to help Students to master this skill as required. The experimental group was trained on the skill of beating overwhelming by using aids with a dose of (1g) daily of vitamin D3 within 6 weeks at the rate of two training units per week and after the end of this period the results were collected for the two groups and the comparison between them (experimental group, control group) The statistic exceeds the experimental group on the control group. Keywords: Resistance exercises, Vitamin D3, biomechanical variants and spike skill.

Abstract

This research includes several axes through the use of physiotherapy by utilizing therapeutic exercises to correct the Students' curvatures of the spine as those exercises are working on the treatment of curvatures and improving the body texture for students. This study aims at recognition of training program impact that is suggested for correction of spine curvature, the study was conducted on two groups of school boys and girls by the age of (8-11) years numbered (20) students. The experimental method has been used of two equivalent partial groups that is applied therapeutic units that included therapeutic exercises for (16) weeks by a fact of (32) therapeutic units and a time of (40) minutes a unit, kinematic analysis has been used to determine the angles of curvature of the spine for students (boys and girls). The Study results signified improvement of straightness of spine for both groups; the study also recommended using of the suggested therapeutic program for individuals suffering curvatures of the spine.
