Abstract

Jumlah jenis  cacat yang diperoleh oleh perusahaan selama tahun 2015 sejumlah 15% dari total produksi. Produk yang cacat ditimbulkan oleh proses produksi yang berisiko menyebabkan kerusaka karena berjumlah sangat besar. Dampak resiko dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas, performansi, kualitas dan anggaran. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini meneliti analisa resiko dan mengefisienkan biaya-biaya tidak perlu, menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Value Engineering. Identifikasi produk cacat dilakukan dengan mencari failure mode pada proses produksi kemudian mencari failure effect dan failure cause. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah memberikan alternatif usulan perbaikan menggunakan metode Value Engineering. Pada tahapan value engineering diperoleh value performansi alternative perbaikan sebesar 1,33 yaitu alternative perbaikan 1 dan alternatif pebaikan 2 Kata Kunci : Failure Mode and Effect Analyze, Value Engineering Analytical Hirearchy Priority Abstract Amount of defect type has collected by company during 2015 as counted 15% from all total production. Defective products caused by the production process that the risk of causing damage. The impact of risk can affect the productivity, performance, quality and budget. Therefore, this research examined the risk analysis, and streamline costs is not necessary, use Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Value Engineering. Identification of defective products is done by looking at the production process failure mode and then seek failure effect and cause failure. The next step is to give some alternative for the improvement using Value Engineering. In value engineering phase will gain the highest performance value of improvement alternative as scoring 1.33 which is the first and the second improvement recommendation.
