<![CDATA[Makalah ini bertujuan yaitu melakukan penilaian kinerja perusahaan menggunakan pendekatan Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE), dan dapat membuat dokumen aplikasi. Setelah dilakukan review proses berdasarkan ADLI (Approach, Deployment, Learning, Integration) dan review hasil berdasarkan LeTCI (Level, Trend, Comparison, Integration), proses selanjutnya yaitu mengidentifikasi most strength dan most OFI. Pada penelitian ini, maka Yayasan X mendapatkan 18 poin dari 45 poin untuk kedua item pada kategori 4: kategori proses pengukuran, analisis dan manajemen pengetahuan. Hasil dari keseluruhan kategori MBCfPE yang diperoleh Yayasan X yaitu 278 poin dari 1000 poin, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Yayasan X masih berada di Early Result.  Kata Kunci: Pengukuran kinerja, Malcolm Baldrige, MBCfPE  ABSTRACK This paper aims to assesess the company’s performance using Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) approach, and can create application documents. After the review process based ADLI (Approach, Deployment, Learning, Integration), and review result based LeTCI (Level, Trend, Comparison, Integration), the next process is identify most strength and most OFI. In this study, Foundation X gets 18 points from 45 points to second item in category 4: category of the measurement, analysis, and knowledge management. The results of the overall category MBCfPE obtained Foundation X is 278 points from 1000 points, the result show that the performance of Foundation X is still at the early result.
