Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini didasarkan pada tuntutan pelanggan terhadap mutu produk pelayanan dan peningkatan perbaikan pelayanan yang berkesinambungan dalam rangka menghadapi globalisasi dan untuk memenangkan persaingan. Mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit merupakan salah satu tolok ukur untuk keunggulan daya saing guna memuaskan pelanggan. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah sistem manajemen mutu berstandar internasional ISO 9001:2000 Guna mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh ISO terhadap mutu pelayanan, maka dilakukan penelitian pengukuran sesudah kejadian (ex post facto design). dengan variabel yang akan diteliti adalah mutu pelayanan. Penelitian ini melibatkan Pasien yang dirawat Unit Gawat Darurat yang telah menerapkan ISO 9001:2000, sebanyak 61 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa ada hubungan anata manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 terhadap mutu pelayanan di IRD RSD Kabupaten Jombang.Kata kunci : Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2000 dan Mutu pelayanan

Abstract

This journal discusses various strategies in disseminating Aswaja, as an effort to strengthen faith in the midst of the rise of sects that are considered deviant. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, using interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results showed that the dissemination of Aswaja was carried out through educational institutions by exploring Aswaja values in the book of Risᾱlah Ahlussunnah waljamᾱ'ah. Learning involves supporting and inhibiting factors, with stages of internalization of Aswaja values. The implication is that students are able to apply, follow the teachings of scholars, practice Islam and Indonesia, and have a moderate, balanced, and tolerant attitude.

Abstract

This journal aimed to investigate strategies for developing religious literacy in Islamic education in the digital era. The digital era presents both challenges and opportunities in the dissemination of information and communication. Islamic education must effectively utilize digital media to enhance religious understanding and knowledge. In this journal, the concept of religious literacy, the role of technology in religious education, and strategies that can be implemented to develop religious literacy in the digital era were discussed. This study was conducted using a qualitative study approach through a literature review, utilizing various sources such as books and academic literature as data sources. These sources were read, recorded, and analyzed, leading to the presentation of several strategies in the conclusion aimed at developing religious literacy in Islamic education in the digital era.
