Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan eksistensi dari penelitian Asatuan (2004) dan Kiuk (2007), sehingga kombinasi dari kedua penelitian digabung akan memberi model pemberdayaan lembaga madrasah swasta yang berkualitas serta turut serta dalam menggerakkan pembangunan  pendidikan  dan mencerdaskan kehidupan masyarakat melalui orientasi pembelajaran, motivasi kerja dan komitmen dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja madrasah swasta. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pemeblajaran terhadap kinerja madrasah swasta, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja  terhadap kinerja madrasah swasta serta    (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen  terhadap kinerja madrasah swasta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  (1) Orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja madrasah swasta (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja madrasah swasta. Serta (3) Komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja madrasah swasta.

Abstract

AbstractPurpose - This study aims to analyse the relations of financing of MSME, non-MSMEs and the number of offices on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019.Method - This research is using The comparative causal research method which one of the ex post-facto quantitative research methods carried out by looking at the causal relationship between one change and another based on existing data.Result - The result of this research indicates that the financing of MSME and non-MSMEs had positive and significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019 and the number of offices had negative non-significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019.Implication - This study uses the data from Islamic bank in Central of Java and the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java.Originality- The paper looks into the relations of the financial inclusion that provided by Islamic banks to the public in order to support the creation of economic growth in Central Java. The number of offices discribed the access to Islamic banks and the financing of MSME and non-MSMEs discribed the usage of Islamic banks in Central Java.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the halal industry has increased the need for reliable halal products, yet concerns persist regarding consumer awareness and the credibility of certification systems. This study examines the effects of Halal Awareness and Halal Certification on Purchase Intention among university students in Semarang, Indonesia. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted using structured online questionnaires distributed to 100 undergraduate students. This sample size meets minimum methodological recommendations for regression analyses, allowing adequate statistical testing of the proposed relationships. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability assessments, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results show that Halal Awareness (β = 0.391, p = 0.006) and Halal Certification (β = 0.566, p < 0.001) both have significant positive effects on Purchase Intention. The model explains 43.8% of the variance in purchase intention (Adjusted R² = 0.438), indicating moderate explanatory power while suggesting that more than half of consumer intention is influenced by factors not measured in this study. The analysis focuses specifically on awareness and certification constructs, without incorporating additional variables such as religiosity, perceived quality, or prior purchasing experience.Because the respondents were drawn from a single Islamic university, the findings are context-specific and not representative of the broader Indonesian population. Nonetheless, the study highlights the importance of improving consumer understanding of halal principles and strengthening certification credibility. Future research should employ more diverse samples and longitudinal designs to enhance generalizability and clarify causal relationships.
