Abstract

Ajaran Islam menawarkan kesempatan untuk memahami Sunnatullah serta menegaskan tanggung jawab manusia. Ajaran Islam tidak hanya mengajarkan untuk mengambil manfaat dari sumberdaya alam, tetapi juga mengajarkan aturan main dalam pemanfaatannya dimana kesejahteraan bersama yang berkelanjutan sebagai hasil keseluruhan yang diinginkan. Salah satu sunnah Rasulullah saw menjelaskan setiap warga berhak untuk mendapatkan mafaat dari suatu sumberdaya alam milik bersama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan hidupnya sepanjang tidak melanggar, menyalahi, dan menhalangi hak-hak yang sama pada diri orang lain. Penggunaan sumberdaya alam yang langka harus tetap mendapat pengawasan dan perlindungan yang baik.Menjaga kelestarian lingkungan hidup merupakan bagian dari akhlak mulia yang harus diterapkan di tengah-tengah kehidupan manusia. Hal ini, untuk menjaga keberlangsungan kehidupan di dunia dan menjauhkan kerusakan dan bencana yang terjadi karena ulah sebagian manusia. Rosulullah sebagai seorang Nabi telah memberikan perintah yang tegas kepada umatnya untuk menjaga alam ini dan tidak membuat kerusakan di dalamnya.

Abstract

Perayaan maulid nabi yang dilakukan setiap setahun  dalam rangka mengenang kelahiran Beliau dan menteladani sirahnya merupakan suatu tradisi yang baik  dan harus terjaga dari hal – hal yang dapat merusak tujuan dilakukannya perayaan tersebut. Untuk tujuan itu, maka perlu dibuat rambu – rambu dan batasan - batasan yang mengatur kegiatan tersebut, sehingga bisa dijadikan acuan bagi masyarakat islam yang akan merayakannya. Karena tujuan yang mulia jika menggunakan wasilah yang kurang baik maka itu dilarang. Dan hal ini telah dilakukan oleh KH. Hasyim Asy’ari dengan menulis sebuah buku yang bertutur tentang hal tersebut.

Abstract

Activities  of hadith criticism have already been running  in the era of the Prophet. However, the criticisms are still very limited. In the next period, this activity develops after an unstable political and social conditions after the murder of Caliph Us}ma>n bin Affa>n in the year 36 H. The experts increasingly sharpen criticism of hadith narrators to fortify the traditions of counterfeiting of people who seek profit in order political interests. This article discusses the critic figure Imam al-Falla> s in criticizing the narrator of traditions with an objective approach so that the hadith experts who live afterwards make it as a reference. And, not surprisingly, Imam Bukhari narrated the hadith through him.

Abstract

Disabled groups still often receive discriminatory treatment in society. Discriminatory treatment occurs in various sectors, such as education and the world of work. In fact, as humans created by Allah Swt. Disabled groups should also have the same rights as humans in general. This research seeks to reveal the rights of disabled groups in the Al-Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet saw. awlawiyyāt fiqh perspective. This research is qualitative research that utilizes library sources (library research) with content analysis and descriptive-analytical analysis as the data analysis method. The results of this research show that the rights of disabled groups in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith include all the rights that humans in general have. In the review of awlawiyyāt jurisprudence, these rights must receive priority in service, because disabled groups need these rights more than humans in general. Implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities in the awlawiyyāt fiqh review is carried out by prioritizing services for them by providing facilities that can support their lives better.

Abstract

This study comes from the wide and huge effect of the pandemic Covid-19 in almost all aspects of human life. The over-reaction and various responses from society bring polemic in mitigation works that the number of infected patients by Covid-19 virus raise from time to time. Islam has actually paid attention to the problem of pandemics and epidemics as explained in the Qur’an and Hadith. On the other hand, Indonesian Muslim society has a strong tendency to the Qur’an as the main source of life teaching and guidance. Therefore, the interpretation on Qur’anic verses related to pandemic mitigation in the book of Tafsīr Nusantara, that is Tafsīr Marāḥ Labīdh written by Syaikh Nawawī al-Bantanī and its relevance in the present context. This is a qualitative study that uses the inductive method and contextual approach to explain the interpretation. At last, this study infers some conclusions. First, Syaikh Nawawī sees the pandemics and epidemics as the examination and test (muṣībah) from Allah SWT to all humankind. Second, Syaikh Nawawī explains that the Qur’ān orders humans to be alert to the coming pandemic and plague in the same manner as the act of facing the coming of enemies in war.
