Dakwah, on the other hand, is not always a product born from the pulpit. The spread of da'wah messages is now more dynamic and adaptive thanks to the widespread use of media. Modern da'wah is increasingly made possible by the use of mass media by people from all walks of life who want to invite and convey goodness, namely da'wah activities. In online media and social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, short films, radio, and so on, a person can convey messages of kindness through writing (kalam), speech, and behavior or actions (objects). This study is descriptive in nature which describes and describes how to manage the fundamental ideas of radio, television and multimedia (internet) with da'wah content that has occurred in Indonesia throughout history and today.. Therefore, in order for the da'wah to be delivered on target, Muslims, preachers, and television producers need to be skilled at managing this media as effectively as possible. Modern information technology must be used to spread Islamic teachings in the global era, both in urban and rural areas. Keywords: Development of Mass Media, Television, Radio, Multimedia, Da'wah.

This research is to find out the history of the development and role of radio for Islamic da'wah broadcasts. The results of this research are radio is a mass media which has a role to convey news, information, knowledge and entertainment messages to the wider community, in 1878 Devid E Hughes was the first to send and receiving radio waves at that time he found that the balance of his induction caused interference with his telephone at that time radio was growing year by year in which radio was used as a medium to channel information, learning news especially in Islamic da'wah with the help of mass media the Islamic religion was more widespread and more knowledgeable about the religion of Islam with the help of the mass media of Islamic da'wah can be known to the wider community where the wider community can get to know their religion. Dakwah (tabligh) is a call to invite to the path of Allah SWT, in the era towards 5.0, of course, the development of proselytizing is also increasing. Good proselytizing must be prepared before it begins. In the ongoing proselytizing (tabligh) component, from one point of view this is a turn of empowerment events, as a sign of the intense intensity of the region starting to develop again (Setiawan et al., 2021) However, subjectively the exercises as in the taklim assemblies are not as much as fully active definitive objectives of the proselytizing movement itself and do not make much improvement to the da'wah ummat (mad'u). So a unique system is needed for the practice of proselytizing to emerge on a broader understanding of Islamic lessons that touch on the components of human life and existence for today's mad'u. The word system started from the old Greek style of "strata" and it implied armed force and "agein" and that means to lead. The technique is basically to organize (Set) moreover, manaj components to achieve the goal. However, to achieve this goal, the technique does not work as a guide that indicates the main direction, but at the same time must show how the functional strategy is. The reason for methodology is the means or effort that must be completed Indeed, we are done to achieve the goal in accordance with the wishes or plans that have been planned. The management function is the first step in carrying out all activities, especially in preaching, when a da'i / subject of proselytizing wants to do his proselytizing then he must first think or foresee to see the opportunities that occur before a definite plan is made. After doing the forecasting, the subject of proselytizing will draw up a plan such as, making material suitable for the object of proselytizing, so that his proselytizing can be accepted and understood correctly. After that organizing, this is beneficial for proselytizing because in this function a proselytizing manager carries out the entire process of grouping people, dividing the duties of each proselytizing subject, preparing the media to be used, and being responsible for his work to achieve predetermined goals. And after carrying out the organization, the culmination for a proselytizing subject is to enter the community / object of proselytizing to do his proselytizing which has been carefully prepared in advance. And the last step in the management function is to evaluate the results of the proselytizing that has been carried out, in order to correct the mistakes that arise and correct so that the proselytizing becomes even better.

This study aims to determine the role of social media in building adolescent akhlakul karimah. This is considering that teenagers in Indonesia have experienced a decline in terms of akhlakul karimah. With the decline in the morals of these teenagers, the community becomes uncomfortable with the behavior of these teenagers. The method in this study used qualitative data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. The results of this study are that the role of social media in shaping adolescent akhlakul karimah is very important in order to create community comfort. With information about akhlakul karimah posted on social media it is able to create a harmonious life between communities and prevent misunderstandings from occurring that cause commotion in the environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the important role of information systems in an Islamic view, so that humans can apply them in social life. The type of method used in this study is a qualitative method using valid data. The results of this study indicate that in applying the concept of information in an Islamic perspective, information is disseminated in a factual and honest manner and in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion. In learning information systems, the concept of information is very important and useful as a good means and method of conveying information in accordance with Islamic teachings. The dissemination of information in the application of this information concept contains a lot of knowledge for people to know what is needed in an information system, then to know what are the characteristics of an information concept, as well as the components needed in an information system. Information systems have a very important role, the more rapidly the development of a company or organization, the information system also has an increasingly important role. The demand for an increasingly good information system is the result of demands for company development, technological developments, government policies, changes in procedures and demands for information needs. Information system development is often referred to as the system development process (system development). Information system development is defined as an activity to produce computer-based information systems to solve organizational problems or take advantage of opportunities that arise. System development can mean compiling a new system to replace the old system as a whole or repairing an existing system, this is done because the previous system has problems, inefficient operations, and so on. Methods In this study using a qualitative approach to the method of interviewing informants who are considered related to the problem. Data collection by providing a number of questions that can answer the formulation of the problem in this mini research. In the current Era of Digitalization, da'wah activities are growing along with the development of science and technology. Islamic da'wah can be disseminated through various media without reducing the meaning and purpose of Islamic da'wah. One of the media that is used as a means of da'wah is advertising where this advertising spreads very quickly in the Digital Age as we experience it today. Dakwah is an appeal or invitation to people to carry out activities based on Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar. This inviting activity can be done in various ways and can use various media, one of which is through advertising media. With the development of technology, especially in the field of communication and advertising, it is very reliable as a means of spreading Islamic da'wah. Technological developments in the current era of digitalization not only lead to negative things but also have positive sides, especially as a means of spreading Islamic da'wah. A radio station with the name Radio Arrisalah 95.7 FM stands with its own special features from other stations, namely with its Islamic character. One of the most riveting programs that has been able to attract loyal listeners over the years is the Tahsin program. As a result, this program has become a learning tool for all ages, especially mothers who regularly listen to the Tahsin program on Arrisalah Radio 95.7 fm to listen to it every day. The purpose of this study was to find out whether using the da'wah broadcast style on Arrisalah radio can improve mothers' understanding of reading the Koran. Descriptive qualitative approach is used in this research. In order to understand the characteristics of the content, the research data was collected through scientific research methods, observation and interviews. The findings of this study indicate that reading the Qur'an has increased understanding further than before. The purpose of this research is to describe how students of Islamic communication at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra use the media to foster an attitude of religious tolerance. Experts are interested in exploring this because virtual entertainment is increasingly modern, causing ministers to use new media to convey da'wah, where the target is young people, to be honest, students. Students who are supposed to be problem solvers hope that students are able to follow and apply firm resistance in public activities. The Faculty of Dakwah and Communication at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra is recruiting a number of communication and broadcasting majors for the 2022–2023 academic year and even semester for this qualitative study which uses a field analysis approach. Evidenced by the many students who re-uploaded Habib Ja'far's videos to their social media, students chose the YouTube channel to stop writing as a channel for listening to Islamic lectures because Habib's nature is calm, peaceful, and right on target. The research findings show that if students care about understanding religious tolerance, they also like to use the YouTube platform to listen to Islamic lectures. The obstacle experienced due to teaching through virtual entertainment is the problem of correspondence, because several parties cut the dai's recording and then changed it to create a new problem (slandering the dai's name). In this case, Dais might be able to add a timestamp to the video, which would be a workaround. Keywords: YouTube, Tolerance for Human Trafficking, Pause Writing, Habib Ja'far, and Students
