Abstract

Today's society is in an all-digital condition, but the more sophisticated the renewal and development of the digital revolution will provide positive and negative sides, this is by shopping through online sites it is necessary to be vigilant and must conduct a search for legitimacy before making a purchase action. This research is focused on users of the digital era in industry 4.0, product search, and interest in buying products online. The aim of the research is to analyze the effect of the digital era 4.0, product search on interest in buying products online. The method used is descriptive quantitative with google form. The research informants totaled 26 students of Accounting for Small and Medium Enterprises at the Dharma Bhakti Bangka Community Academy. The results showed that the digital era 4.0 had no positive effect, and was not significant at the error level, product search had a positive and significant effect, another finding that simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and the ability to motivate either simultaneously or partially. Furthermore, to analyze the influence of ability, work environment, the motivation of the Pacific Islands University lecturer performance. The size of the sample set is 95 of the total 123 lecturers University of the Pacific Islands. Instrument research using questionnaires, which are arranged in a scale of 1-5, a score of 1 to a very poor response and a score of 5 for the excellent responses. The method of analysis using path analysis model of trimming (path analysis). Hypothesis testing using the F test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The research concludes that there is a significant effect of variable abilities, motivational work environment against either simultaneously or partial, and there is a significant effect of variable abilities, work environment, motivation on the performance of both simultaneously and partial the views of the coefficient of determination of 81.1 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the product marketing strategy carried out by Mega Mart Sungaliat in terms of perceptions of service quality, facilities, and prices on consumer satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that there is an effect of perceived service quality, facilities, and prices on consumer satisfaction either simultaneously or partially. Suggestions from this research are that mega mart Sungaliat in increasing customer satisfaction needs to pay attention to the problem of available facilities such as air conditioners which often experience damage or jams, improving service quality often gives a smile, and the price management should increase product value on condition value indicators. which has the lowest value in the minds of consumers.
